Solotica’s colors are unmatched, but after having my cornea scratched by one of their lenses I have never used them again :( plus they are VERY uncomfortable, at least for my eyes. Just writing this comment so people are aware that they might have issues witn solotica and remember to NEVER force yourself to wear contacts until “you get used to it”

agree, stunning colors, but very uncomfortable, at least the yearly ones are. For anyone with sensitive eyes I personally wouldn't recommend.

@@BlackV4You I doubt it honestly, and that I suppose is understandable. But I believe from what I've researched, that the Only solotica lenses that would be somewhat comfortable would be the dailies, and they don't look anywhere near as realistic as the yearly lenses (imo).

The yearly version is uncomfortable at all, because it’s thicker lens.

I noticed every time you blinked with the Solitca that the contact lagged which means it doesn't fit, and likely can be felt. Do you noticed a difference in comfort?

Check the stats between your prescription and declaration for each lens shade - I found out the hard way that not all Desio lenses have the same curve, diameter and pupil size. Their Charming Green has a small pupil and you see the lens when you wear it!

Yeah, I thought Charming Green looked way better than the Solotica Hidrocor Mel to me. The hidrocor in Mel looks demon like on darker skin. A lot of hidrocor colors look that way to me. The Charming Green had a better color blend and detailing.

There is no blend with Charming Green, it looks like a printed photo of a green eye, but due to sharp edges you see it move when you blink even when it fits you, as that is something lenses do, also the pupil has a sharp edge so you see the color with peripheral vision. Amazing shade but sucks in daily use.

Does the base cure on these contacts match yours? I want to buy a pair but my BC is 8.5 and their lens are 8.6 or 8.7.

How do you know the base curve of your eye? I'm asking becasue I went to the eye doctor yesterday and my docotor didn't give me that information. Just the base curve of the lens he was prescribing which are Air Optix (no other option for color in the US). That base curve is 8.6. I took my script and ordered Solotica which has an 8.7 base curve.

Thank You for the review, but just By watching the review, I can tell that eather diameter or base of contacts do not fit Your eyes( most of the eyes). Cosmetic lenses are just for an ofasional use, so guys just keep that it mind 😊

Oh no, what has Solotica done with the hydrocor mel 🥲🥲 I used to wear these religiously in 2013-2015 and they were SOOOO realistic that they looked like natural eyes. People could never tell if they were my real eye color. Looking at this, they do not look realistic anymore. They now look like every other cheap pair of green lenses. I wish I watched this before I wasted my money on them
