Spend all day trading the 15 minute chart or spend 15 minutes a day trading the daily chart . . . . let me think about that 🤔

@@salv236 just a little above the swing low or high. I trade solely off the higher time frames, 4hr daily and sometimes the 2hr- if I want to enter early. So, this is what I’ve noticed with my experience. If the market is in a range, it’s always best to trade it on the higher tones frames. But sometimes, in a ranging market, price action might not be clear on the daily time frame as it might look too small. Then you can go down the 4hr to have a clear pattern. Higher time frames beat smaller times frames more often than not because they help in controlling psychology. At the end of the day, psychology is what makes you money.

Warren buffet trades Enormous size and is an investor. It's not really comparing apples to apples. I'm sure SMB capital and many others have made well over 20% on a monthly basis. I and many others have taken 1000.00$ and quadrupled it in 1 week trading futures.
@DesireToTRADE5 жыл бұрын
That's right, but SMB has a bunch of really good traders. It's not a 1-man business. Also, keep in mind that luck and high risk can make you profit short term, but it's not a way to make a predictable income long-term.

Some people win the lottery also. Probability is won’t not be you pulling off the huge move. And with that kind of risk they lose also

Well it comes down to what you like. Significance isn't something you'll get from your trading... and for some that's their #1 value.

@@DesireToTRADE trading is charts y nada mas. Its not about what i like, its my job and life. I respect you and have followed you from day 1 but hate the bs misleading sht, dedicating your life to charts is the only way to succeed. Then maybe, just maybe step back and chart less, but i doubt it. Its my addiction/love/job and i hope to never lose the drive. But much luv and respect. Keep up the good work and just remember lots of young traders take all sht literal.
