Does that mean god dan create people to display his wrath? I'm fully christian i'm just wondering i've been pondering on this verse.

I've been thinking about it too, does God make people destined for hell so he can show his wrath? Or show his mercy?

@@DavidRmah since I made the comment I feel as though the verse is just saying that he CAN, not that he does or will.

He also admits in Isaiah 45:7 that he created evil and in John 17:12 that Judas was chosen to betray Jesus.
