Good stuff! Throttle friction lock is my best friend in my Van’s RV9A. Many underestimate the holding power of quality Velcro. Definitely the way to go with the least mounting hassle! Blue skies!

Glad you're back :) I don't have this one, but I mounted my throttle quadrant to a small coffee table that I can slid over and out of the way when I'm not using it. That could be useful for this, especially since I wonder about the long term durability of pulling it on and off the velcro multiple times per week.

@@FlightSimSchool I’m back temporarily and maybe more often in the fall with some aviation related shorts. I’m still here to answer comments and to help simmers/pilots with questions. This is a great throttle for the Carenado 182 and Mooney. They make a version with carb heat for the 152 also.

The Turtle Beach Velocity One yoke has a vernier unit integrated. It does not turn, push/pull only. But for the price of this thingy you get the whole yoke.

Vernier control is the twisting motion used for fine control.

It's pronounced Vern - EEE - Er. You can also think of having a little pet named vern and you are calling him "Vernny" then say er. Veneer is a false front on something like teeth or wood. I teach people how to use precision gages which involves using this often. It very common to have to explain this and once its done the trainees are glad their brain can separate the words easier. I get a lot of people also saying Clappers or Calibers instead of Calipers. These are easy words to get mixed up in your brain. Hope this helps. Solid review.

@@vfx7t 700 is crazy and there are people paying that price for the same style of throttle made by another company. For someone who wants a TPM for their home sim, 350-500 USD is a much better solution.
