Yes you should go back into the corporeal realm by click on the fonts, this will keep your overall raid damage down. You will want to keep an eye on raiders that get knocked down into the spirit realm though the spear of anguish (heroic). Those players will need to be healed up quickly so they don't get killed by the constant damage.
