Love how different variations of the main season themes are remixed and tweaked throughout the episodes. But I've got to say, Paul's mystery theme can be heard at the end of 7x01 & 7x05, and throughout a lot of the season 7 episodes ;-) Paul's theme in this video was actually first heard when Orson had his flashback in the beginning of 3x15, when he pushed Gloria into the grave.
