I am guessing they didn't write the character to face any meaningful consequence because shows like that always maintain the status quo, because their viewers do not like change (i think).

Just to warn you if you keep playing this game after that : there's an infamous glitch that might cause the game to crash before a certain Poker night, in episode 6. There are some very specific things to do to avoid this glitch, I'll copy you what I found : "Okay, right click on the game and change the compatibility mode to windows xp (service pack 3) then right click the game and hit "run as administrator" then when playing the game, when it gets to be about 6:45-6:50 seduce someone (ANYONE!) Then after the... seduction, it will be about 7:20... It will then automatically put you into the poker game!". I watched Kpopp's let's play a while ago and it was a real problem for her for a while... I'd hate for you to stop this only because of a weird glitch.

But then it arrived and worked on Windows 10 and I was overjoyed lol. Apparently reading up on it though saving has been an issue back from when the game was first released and the patches didn't work for a lot of people back then either. I think the only time it’s necessary is during the night. It all depends on the scenario in my opinion. If the driver is following all the rules but the person isn’t wearing something visible during night time, i would say it’s more the person walking’s fault. However, if the driver is not following the rules, it’s the drivers fault.

Yeah when I got hit by a car I had to justify why I was on the road I was on...... it's a major roadway lol. I travel on it all the time. The reason I was on it that night was because the faster way home wasn't as well lit so my dumb brain said "oh it's probably safer taking this way because I'm more visible to other cars"
