This is going to sound blasphemous, but I personally find Maxime to surpass Vector in terms of appearance and goal. It may just be because I’ve seen the original DM many times since 2010, but something about Maxime seemed like he could be more violent than he was seen to be whereas vector was like a one time thing. Vector wanted to steal the moon, but Maxime, a literal COCKROACH HYBRID, went to kidnap gru’s son to turn him to a cockroach slave to take over the world I remember reading somewhere that Maxime’s goal was taking over the world with a cockroach hybrid empire. And that I find terrifying where as vector was just a nerd. Vector is still top tier, but there’s something about Maxime that makes him stand out from the other villains. That’s my view
