My ex was like that. If I wasn't always busy, busy, busy, I was worthless. Now that I'm single I have time to bake bread and crochet. The moral of the story is never let another person dictate your time! It goes too quickly and we only have one life to live! God bless you Sanna and everyone watching this today!!!! ❤

Sanna, your vlog is like a balsam to the tired soul... You show how beautiful and calming a simple life can be... how satisfying your own creations are... how fulfilling is the closeness of like-minded people is, who enjoy the beauty of nature and have gratitude for its gifts. This kind of life feels like the time stands still to allow us to do what we want to do without feeling rushed in any way. Thank you for sharing... this is really beautiful and tempting to reflect on true values in life.

Oh, Sanna, your words are so close to my vision of how life can flow.😌 I live a simple life, sometimes I feel like I was born at the wrong time 😉 But apparently we are needed and important right now. Thank you for your videos) You inspired me, I want to knit a sweater. I’ve been taking timid steps🙏 and baking bread myself for a long time, my family is happy)

Sanna, what a beautiful video!! My heart is deeply touched. The Bible says, “Godliness with contentment is great gain.” And this is a lesson I believe my Loving Creator is teaching me. I have spent most of my life in a driven, Type A, hustle and do lots of things life. The last couple of years, life has slowed tremendously. I am realizing all I missed as I sped through life. I thought I was being hard-working and noble in my “pursuits”. But I am learning, while there is nothing wrong with hard work, I kept a pace and pursued so many worthless goals that did not produce contentment. I am learning to listen to and learn from my Heavenly Father, who created me and so much beauty around me and loves me so deeply, and I am learning I have to be still and quiet to hear His voice well and to see it all with more than just my eyes. In so doing, my heart becomes full in a way it never has in all my past pursuits. I have much to learn of the priceless value of true inner contentment. Thank you for being such an encouragement to this 56 year old heart that is having to re-learn a better way to live.❤

Thank you. I agree. I am 70 years of age and have been walking with God/Jesus since I am 37 years of age. I know that more is never enough. The word says it. God wants us to rest in the safety of His love, like little chicks hiding under their mother's wings. He is so good. All good things come from Him, not by our ability to wrestle it out of life by our strife. God bless you, and may you know Him and His love for you. ❤ ❤

Your bread looks amazing! So much of what you said resonated with me. We are told that consuming more and always being busy is what we should strive for when if we did just the opposite it would lead to greater happiness and satisfaction. Thank you for sharing. ❤

A beautiful vlog all around, the choice of music was brilliant, especially matching the Northern Lights scene. I am a full time nomad, traveling all over the Western US, house sitting and caring for animals. Everything that I need is in my Toyota. When making purchases I ask the same question, what do I really need because space is always a consideration. Well made clothes and shoes are very important and I do not mind paying for the quality that ensures longevity. The tutorial on the fishing nets was so interesting and having fish during the winter is a blessing. Love from the foot of the Rocky mountains in Colorado US.

As someone who is chronically ill and unable to work, I am forced to live a life with a lot of lack: lack of clothes and proper shoes, lack of things for the house, lack of a lot of things that would make life easier. But it has also made me realize that I need very little to be happy. While I do enjoy beautiful things, they are only things, at the end of the day. I don't NEED them. What I do need, is food, shelter, a clean house (for the sake of my mental health), and being around loved ones and nature. That may sound cliche to some, but it really is so true. I could be happy anywhere, in any building, anywhere in the world, as long as I have nature, animals, my own intuition, and my fiancé. That is a very reassuring feeling, and it makes life very grand, in all its simplicity. Sending love from the south of Sweden. Thank you for your wise words and the reminder that at the end of the day, most of us have everything we need. ❤ PS. As if the universe wanted to tell me i am right in my thoughts; while I was watching your video my fiance was gluing the soles back onto my winter boots that had broken. I will buy a new pair next week, but for now, these will do just fine.

I'm in agreeance about the clothes revolution and everything else that has to do with mass consumption. Just today in a car trip I was thinking about how when Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Green days..etc, come by and I don't buy anything because I don't need anything, and it makes me feel I'm a bad person, but apparently that what they want us to feel😢 I will just buy what I need 💪thank you Love your sourdough bread❤

Nice video Sanna! I don't buy a lot of stuff anymore but I find myself, always busy with something. I like doing something productive and feel I have a purpose/something to look forward to but even still I feel like I am going too much. However, I decided second week of December no language learning and no studying until after New Year's. Just relaxing, reflection and enjoying the Christmas season. One of the languages I learn is Finnish "Sumolainen." Finnish is challenging but I enjoy it. I have a friend from Finland and she says, she stumbles with Finnish sometimes as well.

What a beautiful video with beautiful music ❤. Thank you for pointing on owning less instead of more, that's exactly how I try to live but sometimes I forget and buy stuff I don't need at all.
