As someone who didnt start raiding seruous until 2022. This was exactly how I felt about it as well, scared of raiding because i was afraid i was going to lombasted and told to get out of a group, but you learn really quickly there are genuinely a lot of people who want to help. Now. I am one of those people who want to help as well, not to mention being a part of ember's raid team and all is nice :)

With everything I heard about lfg’s I was expecting nothing but toxicity but almost every one that i have joined has been with cool people

Some things to add to that: 1: check out the dps youtubers. Even if you don't have all the godrolled weapons, its always better to have a decent setup than mindlessly dumping your thunderlord. 2: ask for maps and charts. Almost every encounter has concise maps and charts about locations, symbols, roles, etc. 3: dont tag along. Rather you cause a few wipes than always staying on adclear 4: pains me to say this but on the lfg discord, purple (seasoned) raiders are very hit or miss (think of the goldfinger approach). Many are quite nice though. 5: don't immediately shy away from people wanting you to join their server. I've found great little communities this way, both very beginner friendly and lowman/flawless oriented. Have fun raiding!

I do like what you've shown, and I do understand, but I'm dyslexic and like to organically meat people by Play. I know that's hard But I was brought up also. in a very old fashioned sort of you get out to meet people kinda way. It's made relationships awkward for me. but it makes playing this awkward for me is not understanding how all the mechanics of Fire team finder work.
