I stumbled on to your channel while looking for lore in Destiny 2. I never played the first one. Still I have now watched every video you have produced on the lore. The way you tell these stories, the amount of effort and your constant attention to quality and detail, they keep me coming back. As of right now I have only listened to the first couple minutes of this video, and I had to pause to write this. Please, keep doing what you do. Destiny or not, keep sharing these stories. You have a special way of bringing these things to life, and I cannot get enough of it. However, please also take the time you need to keep yourself hapoy and healthy. Im afraid we will find his remains on mercury. Ge was persuading Osiris and never heard of, so he either died, or joined Osiris. I assume he died since we have not seen anything from him in the trailers and it would go against his „fathers“ advice and direct order to join osiris.

SPHINX _ JC Saint-14 is my favorite in the destiny lore since his crusades against the fallen. When he fought the kell of (I think) the house of devils and got his neck broken by the kell, he combined his remaining strength and hit the kell in the face with one powerfull strike, causing the kells head to simply explode. He then ended his crusades as they were completed and returned to the speaker. How badass is that. So I hope he still lives more than anyone else but sadly, I doubt it

xrzoff Let's speculate. Either Saint-14 is still searching for Osiris or died trying, or he found him and didn't return. Now, say he did find him, and saw that Osiris was on an important mission to solve something catastrophic, and say Saint-14 also agreed that this catastrophe needed to be stopped, would he stay and fight? And out of the two of them, if the City needed to be warned, wouldn't the Titan continue fighting the good fight so that the Warlock could escape and get back to warn the others? My point is, if Saint-14 is still alive, it means he is stuck somewhere and we need to rescue him. I sure hope we get to do this in this dlc. After all, wasn't D2 about gathering the heroes?

I have a couple questions about Ghosts, if anyone would like to answer them. Do they choose who they revive? Can they choose someone who is currently alive? Can they change their Guardian? Are they individually unique?

I don't think we know if they choose who to revive, however we do know we weren't our Ghost's first option. In a colony ship our Ghost tried to revive someone who chose to sleep. Perhaps there is a list? Or perhaps there are assignments? They can choose people who are currently alive. Proof of this is Shin Malphur. When Jared Ward died his Ghost went to Shin. It's not explicit, but the Ghost scanned Shin, and from that moment Shin became a Hunter, so it is implied. Also Byf has a video on Ana Bray. If Ana Bray didn't recall her memories of who she was in her old life, then she became a Guardian mid-life. Can they change their Guardian? Again, I don't think this is explicitly stated anywhere. However, we do know that Rezyl Azzir abandoned his Ghost. Each Ghost I would be led to believe are individually unique. A Ghost was once corrupted by SIVA and he had a whole conversation with two other Ghosts about it. Seems unique to me.

Osiris at the moment doesnt share the same views as the speaker, so in that capacity he would not want to be our next speaker, but should he change his mind or decide to change the minds of the vanguard/etc, then he could be. It likely will be him or Saint-14.

He is the one Guardian in the strongest position to be the next Speaker. Maybe not the exact position, but a leader nonetheless. As former student of our old Speaker, and powerful Guardian, who has a lot of experience with the Light and against the enemy, I think if he can apply his knowledge correctly he could lead us in the manner that a Speaker would. When I say apply knowledge, I mean, he shouldn't use that position for his own agenda.

I had another question, and the reveal video seems a great place to review it. I've wondered since VoG what EXACTLY oracles are, and why we're so rushed to kill them.
