Destiny 2: Season of the Deep - Meeting Titan's Sea Monster, Ahsa! NEW CUTSCENES! STORY MISSION! | "The Descent" Opening Mission
Zavala reveals all attempts to follow the Witness into the Final Shape at the end of Lightfall have failed and decimate all who even attempt to enter. Although, Neptune revealed that hope can still yet be found on Titan, which has conveniently returned. We got a distress signal from Sloane, who went missing when she made her stand against the Pyramids on Titan at the end of Season of Arrivals when The Witness claimed the methane moon. Now, we answer Sloane's distress signal with the help of Zavala, Lord Saladin (Valus Forge), Saint 14, and a surprise appearance from the Drifter. Xivu Arath finally reveals her voice to us and attempts to stop us from reaching Sloane, all while taunting us about Sagira and Osiris, sending Saint 14 into a blinding rage. Upon reaching Sloane, not only is she surging with Taken corruption, but she reveals that the distress signal she sent out was not for her, but an ally and enemy of the Witness, "Ahsa", who is the Titan Sea Monster that has been theorized about for all these years. Now, we work with Sloane and Ahsa to uncover what is being said in the cacophony of voices within her Taken corruption.

She was possessed by Xivu Arath for a short time at the end of the season because of the partial corruption, but Ahsa helped her to push her back.

So Titan has a creature’s in the deep but also an ally of helping us to fight The Witness… only question is.. will she help us to defeat The Witness and most of all… How can we get inside without ending like the other guardians.. and last question is.. what secret dose Titan has can help us to win this war against the witness.. time will tell.. time will tell..
