The audio is so good I’m using it for a monologue for a character inspired by Rasputin in my DnD Campaign next week

It was this scene that made me fall in love with Destiny. First played it in June of 2018 because my friends got me into it. Rasputin and his lore were what drew me in to the game. It's a shame they had to kill him off. Twice. I quit Destiny in 2020 due to Sunsetting and the DCV, but I don't think I've ever played a game with better production value in terms of story, art design, and audio.

You can still visit the Seraphim Vault in Destiny 2 during the FALLEN S.A.B.E.R. Strike, but only the preload is present; the actual Seraphim Vault L.Z. no longer exists. It leaves the Vault in a bitter-sweet kind of state where you can see where "Humanites War God" used to reside in the Cosmodrome, but no longer complete.

it always kinda annoyed me that they killed him off, he was such a fascinating entity, a massive, powerful, unknowable russian machine that would defend humanity on his own terms, the audio you made for him is so mystical, he has a commanding voice, yet not a threatening one.

I had just finished this part of the game when they decided to Sunset all of this material I quit after that I'll never understand how they can lock away paid content

there is no official statement but looking at the dates, everything removed was made when bungie was part of activision, so my guess is, design, audio, and all of it technically belongs to activision, thats why when some of those things returned in diferent seasons, it was drastically modifyed,
