I stumbled into this yesterday when going to see Archie for a good boy protocol after checking out Ada-Shada. Nice little side quest. I like seeing these things in the game. You can keep working through all those rooms, and eventually work your way to the other side of the tower. Nice place to explore!

Air vent place was for Leviathan's Breath. It's been there a long time and hasn't changed (besides Archie)
