@@zygas25 Yes, and it's better than Dragoon in some aspects. The monster you send set-up your next turn very nicely. The monster can revive itself, which is relevant. And you can pop your own cards if necessary, which some decks like to do. It doesn't have as much protection or it doesn't negate, but it's more versatile.

It was one of those Flags that you placed in your main deck, then placed on top of your Main Flag card by paying 2 Gauge, essentially replacing your flag. When you did so, you would take your normal Deck and replace it with a brand new Lost Deck, which only had 30 cards worth of deck space, but almost EVERY Lost world card was made DELIBERATELY Overpowered to comensate for this (Generally having amazing effects for little cost, if any), including an Impact card, Vanity Zero Blazer, which dealt a whopping TEN points of damage when played (Which is enough to one shot almost anyone since, barring specific flags, everyone starts the game with 10 life) as long as you controlled a Lostvader card (Which the monster lineup of Lost world is pretty much riddled with). But the kicker is that ANY Deck could use a Lost world Flag Card (though it was best used with Dimension Dragons due to their whole gimmick being trying to get the Lost world Flag as soon as possible since you could only have 2 in a Deck), and have access to these overpowered cards.

I mean Dragoon is still fundamentally broken so I think having a no summon clause on the fusion that summons it using the deck is completely warranted, but I will say we will probably be seeing this new guy alot more, BUT this new card is alot worse than Dragoon, so I think its a fair trade off. Omni negate, unaffected by eveyrthing, destroy 2 and big burn damage, for no summon. OR Man who pops a card every turn, for no summon for rest of the turn. I think the only thing that can bring this guy to Dragoons level is if you pair it with Scythe.

What do you mean unaffected? Just non targetting non destruction removal is enough. Fun fact: 3 Zombie SDs can out Dragoon with relative ease (under Zombie World). This card is way more versatile than Dragoon. Because you could Dagda first, summon him at the end of your turn and setup your Scythe so he can pop it.

@@RNGHater Using Dagda defeats the purpose, because I could just use Anaconda and have my normal field plus Dragoon. Hell I could even do the same Dagda combo with Dragoon. Hes basically unaffected, because he can negate any threat ie Zombie World or your non-targeting non destroying removal, and then after negating he's basically immune to battle because not much can hit over 4k. You would need two forms of non-targeting-destroying removal that majority of decks don't have. And even if you do you just wasted that much more resources outing one card. In contrast Pheonix here gets outed by one DD crow.

Destroy Phoenix having no protection is probably another reason to say he’s “worse” than dragoon, but let’s let honest - it’s as much as an extra interruption that also can revive himself when he kills himself. Until verte gets banned, we’re going to be seeing quite a bit of splashing for pretty much any deck that can afford to make said card to then spit out something that your opponent is forced to deal with. I still love destroy phoenix as a card, even if (like most others) it’s better outside its home deck

Normally you can't activate the red eyes fusion if you summoned previously, but verte anaconda counts as the effect "when activated" which means it allows you to use the effect even if you shouldn't be able to activate it. It's similar to Diamond Dude activating spells from the grave without paying costs

It is possible though given the amount of countermeasures to stop Dragoon from hitting the field. Not to mention, new emerging cards seem to be more relevant than Dragoon. However, the new cards for BACH do provide significant boosts to DM cards. Unbanning Dragoon will probably open up a pandora's box to make the OCG unbalanced. As of now, it still remains to be banned. If it will be unbanned, it should only be limited to one and must receive an errata IMO.
