Instead of Fang of Critias, use a Claw of Hermos with a dragon monster to summon Red-eyes black dragon sword. It's a lot easier to do than wait for a tyrant wing card, and there's less deck space taken up since you're not really hurting for dragons. On top of that, it sends a dragon to the grave.

I don't see why most people are saying apparition isn't that good when all you have to do is reveal a BE from the hand and ss ANY monster. it's great going second when you ss Dragon Spirit of White with it and banish a back row and then either use the same card to just return it to the hand for another BE on the field, use Dragon Spirits effect to tribute itself for a BE, putting itself in the GY for use later or just keeping it out and using Dragon Spirit for xyz summon. Yes the activation effect is just when you play the card first but it's still super useful imo.

Apparition with Eyes of Blue seems like a great tech choice in terms of dragons that activate effects when special summoned from hand such as Starry Night, Starry Dragon; Bahalutiya, the Grand Radiance; Dragon Spirit of White ironically; Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon to dodge his banish effect to where you can summon more hand dragons; and I think there are like 3 others that are dodging my brain.

Tyrant Burst Dragon is probably not what you’d want to use to cheat out Blue-Eyes Tyrant Dragon anyway. The Claw of Hermos is an easier way to pull that off. You can target any Dragon to make Red-Eyes Black Dragon Sword, or any Spellcaster to make Time Magic Hammer. Dragons and Spellcasters have way more of a place in a Blue-Eyes Deck than Tyrant Wing. Plus, the effect of Time Magic Hammer is hilarious.

Blue-Eyes Jet Dragon Special Summon effect comes from when Alcatraz exploded and Kaiba came out from the blast in the Jet. Tyrant of Dragon redirect effect (most likely inspired by) comes from Yami Yugi and Kaiba's duel at Battle City in the manga when Kaiba had Lord of Dragon and Blue-Eyes on field. Yami Yugi redirected Blue-Eyes attack with Magic Cylinder, but since LoD was on field, it protected Blue-Eyes from magic effects, so Yami Yugi had to redirect the attack to LoD. Also, Tyrant of Dragon is Magicians Souls for Blue-Eyes.

They took their sweet time to give Blue-Eyes a fusion spell and honestly, the wait was worth it. While I know someone would've preferred a fusion from the deck (with a condition of course), this works so much more with Blue-Eyes's current dragon dumping play style since the deck has quite the tendency of running out of steam quickly due to how fast you go through your monsters. Blue Eyes Tyrant Dragon can also be summoned by using BEWD and Red Eyes Black Dragon Sword, using Claw of Hermos and a dragon (monster type always present in a BE deck) instead of Fang of Critias and Tyrant Wing. I don't think they will ever ban Dragoon in the TCG, but still with Dragoon I think Blue-Eyes have the edge here mostly because you can bring a bunch of High level dragons in the second turn to inflict more than 8.000 points of damage if your decks doesn't brick, which might still happen in both decks.
