Instead of Fang of Critias, use a Claw of Hermos with a dragon monster to summon Red-eyes black dragon sword. It's a lot easier to do than wait for a tyrant wing card, and there's less deck space taken up since you're not really hurting for dragons. On top of that, it sends a dragon to the grave.

I don't see why most people are saying apparition isn't that good when all you have to do is reveal a BE from the hand and ss ANY monster. it's great going second when you ss Dragon Spirit of White with it and banish a back row and then either use the same card to just return it to the hand for another BE on the field, use Dragon Spirits effect to tribute itself for a BE, putting itself in the GY for use later or just keeping it out and using Dragon Spirit for xyz summon. Yes the activation effect is just when you play the card first but it's still super useful imo.

Blue-Eyes Jet Dragon Special Summon effect comes from when Alcatraz exploded and Kaiba came out from the blast in the Jet. Tyrant of Dragon redirect effect (most likely inspired by) comes from Yami Yugi and Kaiba's duel at Battle City in the manga when Kaiba had Lord of Dragon and Blue-Eyes on field. Yami Yugi redirected Blue-Eyes attack with Magic Cylinder, but since LoD was on field, it protected Blue-Eyes from magic effects, so Yami Yugi had to redirect the attack to LoD. Also, Tyrant of Dragon is Magicians Souls for Blue-Eyes.

Tyrant Burst Dragon is probably not what you’d want to use to cheat out Blue-Eyes Tyrant Dragon anyway. The Claw of Hermos is an easier way to pull that off. You can target any Dragon to make Red-Eyes Black Dragon Sword, or any Spellcaster to make Time Magic Hammer. Dragons and Spellcasters have way more of a place in a Blue-Eyes Deck than Tyrant Wing. Plus, the effect of Time Magic Hammer is hilarious.

I still like Apparition since it let's you use Alternative White Dragons summoning condition to Special Summon any monster(provided it does not have summoning restroctions) in your hand. Also remember Blue Eyes Abyss Dragon does have a search effect on being Special summoned.

Ultra Polymerization fuses Stone of Ancients & Blue-Eyes into Tyrant Dragon. Then use the 2nd effect to revive materials, then tune them into Spirit Dragon. Or Summon Spirit Dragon, Set Ultimate Fusion. EP Stone effect Summons Blue-Eyes, on opponent's turn activate Spell to destroy cards and get a 3400 board hoarder. Not to mention, Spirit's GY negate and tag into Azure Eyes, meaning blanket protection for 2 turns.

After testing this out, Apparition is so much better then Ultimate Fusion as you need those blue-eyes white dragon on field, in your graveyard, and hand and not in your desk because the other cards are need them in one of them to be useful or more useful.

On the other hand the whole set doesnt have a single negate. And is weak to negates at every single step of any combo. Did I mention that the set doesnt have any negates? And the support window is extremely narrow. In fact there is no support for no negates except the possibility to set traps from graveyard when your tyrant battles, which could have been negates. But apart from that, it just has no negates. Also any part of the combo hits the whole power of the set on some other place. Like you cant just become stronger without sacrificing some aspects of either offence or defence or both. And every single effect is a hard once per turn, which is extremely annoying and narrow path of efficiency and it makes your whole deck weak to negates. There are at least 7-8% of bricks on either turn. First or second, which is considerably high compared to other sets. Also the thing with negates. Did I mention that it offers zero protection from negates? And if anything gets negated, it is gone for at least one turn without any way to get it back. Not even in the follow up turns. The only thing that you can recycle are beatsticks with 3k damage and traps if you somehow manage to keep the tyrant on the field battling and its one per turn. I mean, I'm glad that those cards still get decent support and for some reason konami gives you those basically for free in master duel either from tutorials or cheap starter decks. But the 8% bricks and the negate-meta ruin it everywhere. Its fun to play those sets, but in order to win you need an opponent who doesnt want to win. Because if somebody does, he will just vomit out ash, solemn, imperma, call to the grave and so on until you end up with an even smaller brick in your hand. Like 2 or 3 cards you can do absolutely nothing with stuck in your hand forever or until you lose. I'm slowly climbing into gold in master duel playing like 6-10 games a day and today I reached gold 5 and I think it wont go any further from there unless I switch everything and forget about blue-eyes forever.

Blue Eyes Tyrant Dragon can also be summoned by using BEWD and Red Eyes Black Dragon Sword, using Claw of Hermos and a dragon (monster type always present in a BE deck) instead of Fang of Critias and Tyrant Wing. Neither method is good, but at least Claw is more synergic than Fang, 'cause if you wanna get really crazy with it Chaos &/or Chaos MAX can be trown in the mix to make a nice piercing massacre using the Sword XD

well with us in ygo not having a standard format like in magic they need a selling point. The selling point of power creep always works. At the same time they are creating new ways to keep the power creep in check when playing a duel. Therefore power creep isnt perceived as unfair.
