Darkblade Gaming no time to explain wouldn't come anywhere near to the other two raid primaries, the perk is quite inconsistent and annoying in boss encounters, not to mention that the archetype itself isn't in a very good spot right now , outbreak prime and the hawksaw archetype just dominate it

Actually that archetype is in a really good place in pve not so much pvp, once Steel Medulla is released I'll be curious on its damage numbers. But yes I'd like to see to time to explain in the raid, if you are decent with it, the perk will go miles for you, I used it in Kings Fall a ton and was successful

I think they just need to reduce the cool down time for the precision siva nanites. 10 seconds is way too long. Maybe 3 off that time would be good. Then again I don't understand why there's even a precision cool down anyways. Its basically an upgraded Firefly perk.

With the Outbreak Prime run that did extra damage. You probably didn't trigger the Nanites on the other runs since you might have not hit the bursts required. But that's just a bunch of 'ifs'.

Spitballing here, but if you use Sound and Fury with Outbreak Prime and heavy bonus, you can unload 8 rockets with one spray and play reload, then switch to Outbreak for the rest of the cycle.

3:33 This is odd. When I was doing the raid last night, I was using the Telesto on Vosik during the damage round and every shot I hit him with was generating orbs. But the Telesto only generates orbs when getting multikills. I wonder if the two incidents are related. Like does Vosik have little invisible passive enemies(SIVA mites?) around him that it's killing that share his health? Might be worth investigating.

Honestly i just did the Raid at 365 with a LFG Team and i used the Iron Banner Auto Rifle, Raid Shotgun and Raid Rocket Launcher and had no trouble, currently this Raid is balanced as fuck and can easily be beaten with any weapon depending solely on your Light Level. If your 385 you could run any weapon at 385 light and it would work. Looking at people on LFG these videos don't help, already seen people saying must be 385 have OP and be a Mature Adult. Like wtf, lets cut the player base down to 10%.... People need to know teamwork and patience is enough, took me 2hours 30mins with some toilet breaks but we did it only really wiping on the final boss because we all had to learn it and get our communicate right.

Datto, Outbreak Prime has the hidden Perk of "Sign of Four," which is the special perk on the actual raid pulse. It does extra damage on the 4th burst if you land 3 bursts before it.

I find it kinda funny (not in a haha way) that this as well as some of the other research videos Datto has done have more or less proven that this raid exotic weapon we jumped through so many hoops to get is NOT the dps instrument you want to rely on for all of the raid. it's good for a third of it only. But after Vosik, it's swords, Gjally or Sleeper or bust.

Honestly, I would always use outbreak throughout the whole raid. It does so much damage to all fallen and it has those Siva nanites. Those captains are nothing and you could use outbreak so much easier than the chaos dogma

Black Spindle pairs so well with the raid rocket launcher. One quick reload to quickly dump all your rockets doing quick damage and giving you plenty of time to nuke with Spindle. Especially against Aksis since you can dump your rockets on the first two teleports

The outbreak prime DOES do damage with siva mites as you fire at aksis, look towards the legs as youre firing at him. There are 147 damage hits...

Andre C. He didn't say the mites don't do damage to Aksis, he said they don't deal the fallen bonus damage to Aksis, meaning they contribute much less to the weapon's total damage than they do for Vosiks.

As far as primary DPS is concerned, I'm curious if No Time To Explain is anywhere near the top. For WotM the bosses are super easy to get crits on so that means almost never reloading there, though I really don't know if that would compensate for its other disadvantages.

Krox034 Ive been wondering the same thing. Ive been using the NTTE a lot recently in the raid and I find that im usually doing the most damage in the team and everyone still yells at me for not using G-Horn. I think the NTTE is definitely best at least for Aksis and Vosik...

One thing to note- use a surplus sniper and your ghorn or sleeper suddenly has double drop ammo as well. Never have run our of heavy with this setup.

In my experience team shotting with outbreak prime seems to spawn a lot of nanites, more swarms than I would otherwise expect. I know it might be trickier to test how that effects damage, and even if that effect is real, but it might be worth it after you test spindle.

honestly, I just wish they would make the nanites more aggressive. a buff isn't really necessary. unless it was a stability buff do you could have a higher chance of consistency in your shots.

As a 385 I do about 98K on Aksis with Weapons. 98K * 9 shots = 882K damage, with Weapons of Light and Tether, I do about 120K * 9 shots = 1,080,000. I think no heavy weapon can output that much damage.

I'd be interested in seeing something with Dragon's Breath. I know it's not a terribly popular choice what with the G'horn becoming available once again, nor do I imagine it will out DPS most other choices. Mostly I'm interested in how well it would perform if you quickly hit one rocket, switch to another weapon (Chaos Dogma?), and then potentially go back to drop another rocket after the napalm wears off. I realize that multiple weapon switches isn't ideal and feel free to let me know if I am completely off basis here, just wondering if it might at least be comparable.

I got a Keystone 01 with EX rounds, Perfect Balance, and Hidden Hand. It's my go to for Aksis. The EX rounds + Impact 1 shot the shanks and I can put decent damage into him on the first 2 teleports if he's far away and I don't have a cannon or used the cannon up already. Unfortunately I suck at Trials so I'll never get that scout.

I'm very interested in the raid's heavy machine gun. according to data miners, the machinegun has the same perk set up as the chaos dogma and that practicly turns it into a poormans super good advice. I hope we will get a comparison video of that gun vs Gjallarhorn and sleeper. Also, No time to explain? how good can this gun be when it can do a lot of damage without reloading at all? Could it be better than the primary weapons in this video?

so basically the current setup would be outbreak Prime and then whatever for the most part is solid however if you're using an exotic heavy or black spindle then chaos Dogma should be your go-to because looking at it stats-wise the raid pulse rifle that is coming with the hard mode looks really fun but I don't think it'll out DPS chaos Dogma that being said depending on how your black spindle testing goes the general idea I think is going to end up being chaos Dogma black spindle and then the raid machine gun giving that has the triple double perc to maximize ammo usage and GPS out of it

"Aksis does NOT count as a fallen"?? Okay, so that means that Whirlwind's Curse and Disciplinarian perk (such as on Devil's Dawn) are also do not count? It makes a big difference because D-Dawn's 17% (or how it was on that perk) is pretty noticeable on fallen throughout the raid but you can't roll the perks for Triple Tap and Spray And Play which opens the possibility for other high-impact snipers (Event Horizon) and 1000-Stare category.

So Outbreak Prime is a better primary, but if you have Chaos Dogma AND a good heavy (Sleeper, or Gjallarhorn), it's probably better to have that? I mean if you use a full Sleeper you probably won't get to use the primary on the boss anyway, but I imagine that might still be the better combo.
