@frank 1976 I quite agree…all the very early ub40 stuff was absolutely fantastic stuff still is…as brummies we claim them don’t we…my best time of them all is don’t slow down 12” version….my ex sold all my records in spite….waste of a collection 🙄😔🤣…got shot of her though😎🤣✌️

I was very shocked when Brian died, a great friend in the 1970s and we always had a great connection and rapport. I moved him into his first flat when trucking for the Birmingham Bands of the day. Sadly missed by Brian Holmes

Brian was born to play being an ex in the family I knew he would always play something His Nanny Travers could play Harmonica. Not that she played it much. The family were all very musical Brian’s dad had a beautiful voice. His favourite song to sing was Mack the Knife. The family are originally from Dublin. Brian is his Grandad Travers. Absolute double it’s like looking at John Travers. All talented well done Brian. So so sad Brian died so young. Donna
