The song is about another universe if you tried to make a story about classic Undertale. I kinda dislike it... I mean. I would say that this is song about Player behind the screen or/and Frisk. Chara is embodiment of consequences of player/Frisk. What you bring here is that Chara and Frisk both like Genocide. But from Chara perspective, she just showed what happened after Genocide route. They are no partners. Chara has stolen Frisk's soul and will never return it. New created world is corrupted. Everything is artificial. Trying to make Happy Ending is hypocrisy. There is no fun or satisfaction. There is only emptiness. Thus, this song is just absurd, because Frisk and Player have no power in Game at all after Genocide route unless you are making your own story which I think is not the case
