I dint know i had this much pain in me untill I listened to this, actually after I read one comment about childhood, it made me realise how much anger I had in me that was causing so much back pain. My childhood the emotional bonds as a little girl, only way to get attentions by throwing tantrums. I tell myself everyday I'm growing, learning how to be a better mother and wife. I just discovered this video. Had been searching for this exact one and did not even know it until I found it by accident. What a blessing! So much loss of loved ones the last 3 years and now battling cancer. Forgiveness for my past mistakes I cannot find. They are overwhelming and consume me. Yet I have so much to be thankful for. Now when I think "why me" I say to myself "why not me" why should others have these burdens instead of me. I am not better than my neighbor. I see a St. Jude commercial and feel guilty for whining about anything. I spent the last hour reading comments and replies. Thank you all they are inspiring.❤

My dad passed earlier this year. I have a lot of trouble processing emotions, and I’ve had a lot of difficulty trying to resolve this sadness that has turned into depression and anger. I think about it a lot, and I cry rarely. My heart knows he’s gone, but my head just can’t come to terms with it. Anyway. I turned this video on after doing some breathing exercises, and popped into the shower. I haven’t cried so hard in a really long time, and all I could think about was my dad. I read your comment and after 10 + years of severe depression I cried for both of us. MY Dad is 72 and I'm 4 months clean.... he wants me to go build a cabin in Northern Canada 🇨🇦 with him and I'm going now thank you. If I didn't read your comment it could have been the worst of endings to an opportunity for us. Fortunately I collect my tears in an imaginary jar so that you get a hug in the after life (heaven from my Dad and your Dad and me....I just know that is how it works.. you cry I cry we cry... you try I try we try... This made me tear up very badly, I have had a long way to recover from Anxiety, depression and scared of the future. When I look back what I did on therapy and what I have accomplished it gives me motivation and strength that I came so far and that tears me up! For anybody who still struggles, keep going and be kind to yourself you can do IT!!
