You're so right about using a tennis ball . I did it for a several days a couple of months ago, big difference in body today. I can go on for more than 6 hours without urge to pee even after drinking 1/2 a gallon of water. The way I did it. I just seat on my tennis ball whenever I'm driving, rocking back and forth gently. That's a lot of hours a week treating my prostate. I feel so much better.

Was in AZ last year visiting some friends. A friend who has essential tremors as I do recommended a 40:1 edible gummy called Gron Pearls, specifically the Pomegranate ones. They have 40:1 cbc/cbg to thc. I took one the first night. Not only did it help with my tremors, the next day I was peeing like a race horse and slept solid through the night with no urges to go to the bathroom! At that very time in addition to the tremors I was also being treated for bph, taking flomax and 5mg finasteride daily. The only 'side effect' of course is that is has thc which is why I took mine before bed bc I don't like the 'high' feeling of thc. But I was blown away. That $30, 20 day supply treated 3 or 4 medical conditions. No wonder the pharmaceutical companies lobby to keep it illegal.

In my case, what she's really talking about was Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. It never was the prostate like my primary care physician thought (and what I though, too, for decades). It wasn't until I went to a urologist who sent me to a physical therapist to make me aware that because of all the stress in my life, all the muscles of my pelvic floor were tensed up all the time. Believe it or not, this therapy and the awareness of what the real problem was helped me, whereas the Flomax pills my primary care physician did absolutely nothing (except give me side effects). Check out videos on pelvic floor dysfunction and follow the exercises. It really did work for me.

REPOST / JEFF - A decade ago, my doctor wanted me to have my prostate removed. My PSA was 6.4 and climbing. I alkalinized my body by only eating natural foods, fish, meat, veggies and some berries. I read that a doctor in the 1920s, was curing his cancer patients with daily servings of asparagus. I found that the asparagus worked miracles. I still need to occasionally revert my diet to the alkaline diet but mostly I just use asparagus whenever I have prostate issues. It usually only takes 2 or 3 days for me to get things in order, with daily asparagus servings. I like the tennis ball massage idea. It makes sense. Thanks Dr. Rachel . I just had a biopsy today . My PSA went from 2.9 in March 2023 to 5.4 in March 2024 . My PCP called me to tell me and told me to see a urologist, he sent me for an MRI and another PSA blood test . In April the PSA came back at 6.2 and the MRI had two lesions . Pirads 3 and Pirads 5 score . I’ve been drinking tomato juice , green tea , cut out red meat processed meat and milk . I drink soy milk now it’s not bad , take saw palmetto, stinging nettle , morinda , tart cherry , zinc , vitamin D , magnesium, B12 , my wife thinks I take too much . My PSA went down to 2.9 on June 3 and June 16 tests and 2.1 on a June 26 test. I pray 🙏 I don’t have cancer. I don’t want a prostatectomy, I am still always active and ready to go at all times, by the way Ashwaganda is effective. If the results are not good do you think radiation is a better way to go . I don’t want to be neutered .
@amakrid4 ай бұрын
From my own research on the matter: The statistics between prostatectomy and radiation don't especially favour the latter. It's a little bit better, you do not lose your sperm but the possible (sic) consequences of both treatments on sexual ability are statistically (sic) the same after five years. Which in practice doesn't say a lot: Every human organism is different; you cannot forsee how yours will react to the therapy. The doctors usually prefer the prostatectomy, so that they have a second option in hand in case of complications. Pray that you don't have cancer or that your tumor is evaluated 'Gleason 6" so that you may choose active surveillance. In case you have to do a prostatectomy, choose an experienced surgeon. Look after your psychology and don't give up; when we give up, our whole bodily system gives up.

With UP S.A. Dovers, I don't even understand why you would consider these other things.It seems like you have it under control. That's if you're not in pain and you don't have any symptoms If I were you I would continue to take the things that are keeping your proslake a good health. Yes, 8 doubles look good so. Why take about Kitty radiation especially If you have had a biopsy and it was clear.😊😊❤😊😊

I just wanted to follow up on my last comment over 2 months ago . I had a biopsy on July 11, 20 cores were taken out and the bleeding that followed the next couple weeks was no picnic There was no carcinoma found , but an atypical small acinar proliferation. The urologist said he wanted to to a follow up biopsy in 3-6 months which I really wasn’t looking forward to . I did receive a call from my urologist saying that the additional biopsy would not be necessary, so I was greatly relieved. My main concern was not having prostate cancer . Having said that I know my prostate is somewhat enlarged. I do drink a lot of coffee in the morning and I have largely cut out alcohol, but not completely. If I drink more than three beers or a few drinks, it is just not worth the trips to the bathroom that alcohol triggers. I still have nights when I have nocturia which is no picnic. My diet and drinking tomato juice and green tea has been very helpful. I really appreciate the doctors advice and fortunately my prostate issues have not affected my sex life at all . I really appreciate the doctors advice .

I felt the need to revisit this video. I saw this last month and decided to use the ball roll at the office. I also saw your other video on Kegels and incorporated doing that at my desk while working whenever it came to mind. I am holding the Kegel as I type this. Going on a month later, here is what happened. First, let me preface this by saying I am extremely fit. At 52 I have been living the fitness lifestyle since my mid-teens. My energy levels have been through the roof for many years, and I was always perplexed about how I was able to put on muscle year after year but had not had morning wood for several years and woke up to pee 2-3 times a night for a few years now. I started the ball massage and Kegels at my desk and within a week I noticed my penis was a lot harder than it had been in years. It’s not super stiff like in my 20-30s but it’s a lot better and I would guess in a year it may return to how it used to be if building my pelvic floor muscles has the same effect as it does for the muscles throughout my body. I spoke to my wife and my nephew who is a trainer about my results so far and they both suggested that it could be a placebo effect. But, I know it’s not for the following reason. I have dealt with constipation and straining to poop for a few years now. When I was 49, I had a colonoscopy and the doctor found I had hemorrhoids from all the straining I’ve had over the years. I can put my finger in my anus and feel the hemorrhoids. Every time I shower I go in there to clean myself and can feel them. Even when they are not flared up, I can still feel the nodule. But about a week after doing this protocol my hemorrhoids appear to have completely reabsorbed back into my body. I feel around for them every time I shower and nothing. They are gone! I no longer rush to the bathroom to pee and no longer wake up at night to pee. Have a slight morning wood around 2-3 am when I wake up and feel it which is something I haven’t experienced in years. The only thing though, I still wake up 2-3 times a night and have no sensation to pee, but I still go and make myself pee because it’s the only way I will fall back to sleep. Seriously, I sit there and concentrate for like 10 seconds to get myself to pee so it’s not like before when my bladder couldn’t hold it and I was running to go pee. Something about releasing the pee prepares me psychologically to be able to fall back asleep. My circadian riddim is just jacked up and I am now preprogrammed to wake up at certain times. Final note, I get a release of fluid minutes after I ejaculate that is of a higher quantity than before so I have to wrap myself with a paper towel to absorb the fluid, so I don’t soak my underwear. This video changed my life so far and the thought of having a wood that I have to force down to be able to pee like in my 20s is something that I cannot describe in words how thrilled I would be about. I am a very dedicated and disciplined person so I will see this though and if its biologically possible for my body to do this at 50+, it will in time. Thanks doc!
