Most people would have put it in the bin. I am glad you got it going again. My 353 is 15 years old and the best running small saw I have. Husqvarna offers a metal upgrade kit on the intake boot as they can leak air.

I'm confused about the 365 piston & cylinder. The 365 has a 36mm stroke. The 353 has a 32mm stroke. That's a 4mm difference. Is the 365 piston 4mm taller?

should put a metal clamp on that intake boot or that will wear out and ran lean
