Great play, Huzz. And for your walking/hiking shoes. it's not about brands, it's about your feet (do you have a high arch or not?). Go to a proper hiking equipment store and they'll sort you.

I have some Salomon X Ultra hiking boots that have been very good for me. No real break in, very lightweight, and waterproof as well. I was worried they wouldn't breathe well because of the waterproofing, but that has not been an issue at all. They are available in the UK, so you could reasonably get them.

I suggest Merrell Moab 3 8”boots. They’re comfortable and supportive enough to be my everyday boot for work and are great for hiking. Get the leather waterproof ones. They have a side zip for quickly getting in and out of and come in medium and wide width depending on your foot dimensions.

Meindl, HanWag, and Pomar are good boot brands. If it's a more chelsea thing you're going for Bugatti (German shoe brand spelt the same as the car) has an option I'm using for the autumn

I’ve been playing since season 5 and have never 1 tricked a champ (at one point maybe Leblanc), but vex is so damn fun I spammed her for like a month and climbed to high emerald

So, from one dog owner to another: For Wellies, look for either Kami or Aigle. They make wellies in which you can actually walk for a long time with proper support and stuff. The Kakis are cheaper because Aigle is an old brand that has been used by hunters for ages. They are worth it though. For hiking boots, get Salomon boots. Something like the Quest 4 is pricy sure, but for long hikes it is definitely worth it. Also, and this is quite important, go to a shop and get someone who knows their stuff to have you try on a couple of models, because feet are weirdly diverse.

You can look into vivo hiking boots if you’re interested in barefoot shoes. Otherwise I’d recommend looking into military boots since that’s basically what they’re all for

I bought a pair of Free Soldier Tactical Boots and they’ve been amazing. Comfortable and my feet have been dry all winter. Highly recommend. :)

I will say and its not a bad thing about huzzy recommending it but obviously he has seen a ton of bad yones this yone is one of them but still recommends yone i find it a tiny bit odd that he recommends people play him for last minute LP when even the better players of the game are doing terrible with him

I mean tbf a 49% win rate in ranked isn’t really that negative or embarrassing- one trick or not. Technically the even ratio for win rate is 48-52%

i'm a vex main and i just have started banning yone every time since even though *theoretically* we win the matchup, no matter how bad yone does he can still just win the game and he doesn't even need hullbreaker most of the time lol

Vex is practically made to fight Yone. Skill diff if you struggle into him as Vex straight up
