Destructable Terrain in Warhammer

Buildings always explode when hit by a Destroyer weapon, or on a 4+ like older editions

I want to get into Warhammer minis, but it's 30 bucks, for 6 figures, not even pre colored, and I always hear how 3D printing minis is wrong, so I never bother to get involved

3d printing really just depends on where you play

Unless you're playing in a GW store or GW tournaments, someone would have to be a real asshole to not play with you because you're not using GW-approved $60 plastic men. Also there are "skirmish sized" games where you only need a handful of models to play to make that burden easier.
