Yes you can claim the deduction. For the whole year u can calim around 75000 (25000 + 50000) 50000 for your parents. 25000 for your family other than parents...

In my case I am the policy holder and my husband and my child is also covered in the policy. My husband pays the medical insurance premium. So can he claim deduction u/s 80d as he is paying from his account but my name is first in the policy??

If I take mediclaim for myself then limit is 25000 additional I take another mediclaim for my parents (above 60 years) for 50000 and preventive health checkup 5000 then my total deduction would be 80000 or 75000.?

this error seems to be a software issue... meanwhile try revising TDS return using DSC on Traces portal.
