Hi, Business case will provide information on "what" the benefits are. Benefits mangement plan (BMP) will provide information on "how" benefits are planned to be realized. Since the question is talking about how, hence BMP would be correct.

Will Agile Project have Project Charter , Business case and Benefit management plan? Because in the second question is talking about Agile. But you selected Benefit management Plan is a answer.

Business case and Benefits management plan are business documents, which are not project documents.. so the approach doesn't matter. Project charter is created while initiating the project, although not very popular, but project charter can be and should be created in Agile approach of project management as well.
