U used multiwood in kitchen and saying used the best quality materials in this project ..why didnt u go for wpc..bcz I feel it's worth selecting at least wpc in this 3650 per sq feet project . But rest I admire, u did a fentastic job here..❤

A very well described video . From the usual presentation Mr Shinto has described his part , the cost involved . Noted the comments about the cost involved , but quality always comes at a cost . The way it’s executed and the realability always count . It’s a personal choice when it comes to quality . There are replicas of Swiss watches , but the nothing can beat the original

@@ConceptsDesignStudio Hello, I saw the entire video and I liked the simple design of your home construction. I am not saying anything bad about your work. But, I would say if you start from beginning land levelling, foundation pit and then construct the home full, wood work in teak wood, painting work, interior furnishings, brought out items, electrical and home appliances, all furniture, Boundary wall, gate, surrounding stone laying work and landscaping and many more... I can say it comes around that much if you do it in a proper way. Or if you go for cheap quality materials, then only it can be done at a fixed cost. Otherwise, I know you cannot set a fixed amount for any home at all. Because, I am also constructing a home now which is at completion stage. The work started about 7 years back from now. I am not making a house. I am making a home for myself and my own family. Not for business.. So, whatever I do, I do in a proper quality way only. Because I believe in quality always..
