Superb work, I am planning on jumping into watercolor myself. All medium have a basic concept of layering as I always say. I noticed you started with the shadows as well. I am coming to understand when warm colors is the main color spectrum one must use cool colors to compliment them and vice versa. Are you allowed to start with the undertones? Instead of shadows?
