I have one of the older style rolls from Walmart. I love using them with dirty jobs I don't want to bring out my good microfibers for, such as cleaning off bird crap on vehicles or taking care of dirty/greasy spills and the like. Love that I don't mind just grabbing one, using it, and then throwing it away. Don't have to worry about cleaning it and taking care with it. They're fantastic to just use and toss.

Awesome Video... I'm a new DIY Detailer, and this has been huge in helping me determine what I should buy and is good to use from my local WalMart.. THe critique of the Buffing/Polishing Pads was also a big help.. I bought a Hercules Polisher from Harbour Freight, but they are always out of the Pads... I will try some of those Platinum Pads from WalMart.. I buy quite a few different MeGuiar's products which I also now get at WalMart..

Nice video for a beginner! The yellow compound pad works great with Meguiar's Ultimate Compound and a Milwaukee 15mm throw random orbital polisher using a 9.0ah battery. I polished out the drivers side rear quarter panel on my neighbors' 2010 (?) Camaro. I was very impressed with pad performance when compared to Lake City pads. I massaged the pad to soften it up and put a spritz of Duragloss detail spray on the pad prior to the Megs UC. The pads are readily available at my local Walmart.

Sad that society today has forced Wal Mart to keep the good stuff locked up in cabinets.
@fedor76958 ай бұрын
Don't blame society because society IS the reason why Walmart still exists. What they did is just straight disrespecting their customers. They make their customers wait more than 5 minutes (sometimes I do Instacart so I experienced that numerous times) for someone to come and open the rack for them to get 25$ engine oil. That's just pathetic. People's time is worth way more than what they lose on shoplifting.
@vampirejesus81708 ай бұрын
Then the same people who shoplift bitch when the stores close due to not making money. It is smart to do this. Keeps prices down. That is why they are getting rid of the self checkout lanes. Hell, he is in California. Places out there, you can't even leave your car to pump gas without getting robbed.
