I said the same thing about buying polished wheels, then I found zephyr pro 40 polish, made me love my wheels again, you can hand polish them with a microfiber and it will turn out just as good as it does with the drill, takes way less time

For anything chrome or polished, use stuff called Noxon. It comes in a green bottle and is fairly cheap. On exhaust tips, apply Noxon with extra fine bronze wool and it really shines them up and doesn’t scratch. Wipe off with a microfiber towel.

To get the pin strips off use a hair dryer or a heat gun. I recently removed the pin strips off my OBS with a hair dryer, it warms up the glue and use a razor to help, it will come off super easy.

I left the molding on my doors to break it up. I thought the windows would look too much smaller than the body portion at least on a 2014 Silverado 1500. Eraser wheel is the way to go on the pinstripe. I use the ABN brand on amazon, $10 and they hold up really good. Works great on the adhesive for badges as well

Debadge the whole truck ... trim and the white line .... just got done doing that with my 2012 Chevy z71 .... it’s like I got a new vehicle .... but on the trim when I used an eraser wheel it tool all but some adhesive off ... only cuz it’s 8yr truck and the adhesive dried up and it’s hard as a rock

Just a recommendation don’t use dawn in-between waxing, it will brake it down and it will expose your clear coat. Use a car soap.

You get one of the razor blade thing then after that you get a magic eraser at least that's what I did

Heat it with a hair dryer or heat gun to melt the adhesive and then it should pull away Go slow bc it’ll prob chip with it being so old and you can also use a credit card or something to help scrape that won’t scratch the paint
