That having been said.. If most people don't have that issue, then we should weed out the bad apples.. so that no one has these negative interactions or as close to no one as possible. The entire concept of the inalienable rights, is to protect the MINORITY(those without or with the least amount of power) from those who would take them away. It's weird to me, that anyone would sit here and defend abuse of power.. or claim that because most people are not being harmed in some way.. that there is nothing wrong or nothing to fix. That supervisor really helped the situation. He showed them how and why they were in violation. Especially when the violation says nudity and the original officers were claiming nudity, that clarification really helped. Now if only the other officers would learn a thing or 2 about their laws and how to handle a situation.

The cop had every right to charge me for that, but just told me to drive safe and let me go. I would consider this a good encounter at the very least. I'm no fan of the cops, especially ones like Officer Dick(head) and his girlfriend here but when handcuffed, they hold you that way because a) it's more difficult to bolt and b) it's a bit of insurance against the cuffed person falling over. It is actually more difficult, or at least a little awkward, to walk when handcuffed. On sand? Likely more so.

If they're wearing a thong, then yeah. In this case the ladies were in breach of the code, and therefore the actions of the police were entirely lawful (if carried out incompetently).
