Always an insightful video. Once again, a very politically correct perspective. I prefer simply, correct, rather than, politically correct, since the modifier changes the true meaning of the word "correct". What is correct is the system has proven incapable of equal protection, the system itself has proven incapable of policing itself and superiors, and this video was another example of town clowns that would be no match for real criminals with true criminal intent. Therefore, the game is simply to intimidate, coerce, and manipulate mostly law abiding citizens.

Thank you, I mean on top of that, "Keep chiming in, you're going to jail." Also, when you read "Nudity" to them as your reason.. when they're clearly not nude.. Like bringing in someone else who is like well we also found this other part about your buttocks.. ugh I hate all of this so much. I'm also really annoyed that ATA basically said "well this is what the community wants".. I'm pretty sure even if 100% of the community votes to violate the constitutionally protected rights of someone that pointing to that law would matter at all. In fact it's reason to challenge that law.
@ashholliday5243 жыл бұрын
most people dont have that issue, probably have better attitudes and spend less time locked up than yourself lol
@Vynjira-chan3 жыл бұрын
@@ashholliday524 I mean, I've never been arrested or detained.. or had any interaction with police at all other than once, while I was texting my Mom, a cop asked if I was recording and I said no, I'm texting my Mom.. and the cop left me alone.. That having been said.. If most people don't have that issue, then we should weed out the bad apples.. so that no one has these negative interactions or as close to no one as possible. The entire concept of the inalienable rights, is to protect the MINORITY(those without or with the least amount of power) from those who would take them away. It's weird to me, that anyone would sit here and defend abuse of power.. or claim that because most people are not being harmed in some way.. that there is nothing wrong or nothing to fix. It's not surprising, because for some reason more right-leaning folks tend to think that it's actually good to kill +4 innocent people, as long as they stop one bad guy.. or even worse.. that they FEEL like one bad guy was stopped... because we know they have put innocent people on Death Row, but because they feel that person was bad.. they'll happily kill an innocent person or several innocent people.. to kill an innocent person they think is bad... It's even weirder when "stopping" a bad guy, amounts to a serial rapist getting probation, at the cost of 4 innocent lives.. so the whole "stopping" is also a feeling.

It's all about officer safety and collecting money for the state. Nothing to do with protecting people. They would rather place a 90lb chick in a thong in cuffs and give her a citation, than a crack head trying to stab people who has no money.

What would that be? The beach IS their revenue. If families don't feel comfortable they won't show up then it turns into a strip club atmosphere.

@@ericwalkr910 Well then stay in philly or go to florida it's illegal to wear a thong on a public beach in SC. It has been for my entire life and I'm really surprised you didn't know because we see these morons arrested every year. It's nothing new and it's not going to change. I watched a video of a drunk chick arrested in New Orleans for flashing her boobs and the cops said would you want to see a bunch of drunk strangers acting like that in your town. Respect the laws of the place you go to visit. If they are too restrictive for you- go elsewhere- it's not that difficult.

I'm no fan of the cops, especially ones like Officer Dick(head) and his girlfriend here but when handcuffed, they hold you that way because a) it's more difficult to bolt and b) it's a bit of insurance against the cuffed person falling over. It is actually more difficult, or at least a little awkward, to walk when handcuffed. On sand? Likely more so.
