I think a good detailing trick is to put some masking tape on the door sills, matching up to where the original owner had the seat positioned. That way, he/she can just jump in with minimal adjustment and enjoy the detailed car!

+1 for this! I was the No. 1 Bentley salesman in my country for the past decade and I've always been a firm believer that if you're the best at what you do, your customer satisfaction scores and sales figures will go hand in hand. EVERYONE appreciates it when someone you give your money to goes above and beyond to prove that they truly value you as a customer. And the best possible way to prove someone's worth is to show them that you remember their individual characteristics, their traits and preferences. It's the best way to build and maintain rapport with someone at any level, sometimes without even saying a word. Spot on.

Great video, another tip; When extracting the carpets, use the hot water spray to spray down the door jambs, makes for much faster breakup and clean up.

Hi Yvan and Levi I actually met Levi in Boise three years ago You guys are extremely Optimum crazy, its an excellent line but certainly not the pinnacle in some product categories As for ONR washing, it is excellent for washing cars that are dusty, lightly dirty or moderately dirty. However for a very dirty or excessively dirty vehicle, I still think wet washing is better. You can't rinseless wash mud in a wheel arch or a car in Australia that is very very dirty, our soil is 75% sand. When I wet wash I do what's called the Zero bucket method, no buckets or grit guards needed, it works far better. Anyway thanks for the show

Hey Matt, how are you brother! Thanks for watching the show! We still use a pressure washer, degreaser, and a brush for excessively filthy cars! after the dirt is washed off we then use ONR as a replacement for soap! Hope your doing great mate! love listening to you on Jimbos podcast!

Thanks Matt, likewise. Anything you would clean with soap ONR will do a better , faster and more importantly safer job. People often confuse the "No Rinse" for meaning no PRE rinse. If a car needs to be pre-rinsed, it needs to be pre-rinsed, be it for soap or ONR.

I like the 2 bucket method you mention. I use two, but one clear and one soap. A soap bucket on each side lessens the amount of dirt that can get into a bucket and you dont need the clear bucket. Good job. One of those oh crap, why didnt I think of that items! That would work for tires too, where I use one for all 4 tires

When using ONR there is no need for a rinse bucket, all you need is one bucket to wash safely. So having a wash bucket on either side increases efficiency.

When washing my truck with onr, I don't start at the top as most people usually would. I do the sides first so that I don't lean up against a dirty panel as I reach for the high areas. Since I'm not hosing down the vehicle it doesn't mess up what I've already done.

On the Synergy Podcast Yvan has mentioned a few times that he uses ONR at the stander 256:1 ratio in both extractors and steamers. In fact I don't think Yvan has ever mentioned using ONR at any other ratio.

I would love to save time. I just want to know how much time I should be saving. It takes me about 6 hours to fully clean, detail, paint correct and protect a vehicle. How short should I be able to do this? I am having a hard time getting any level service under that 6 hour mark.

We use ONR for glass in the shop, and for interior cleaning. I use ONRWW at home for interior exterior and glass on my cars. We keep it simple at the shop less confusion. At home I can do what I want:)

Awesome, I'm a driveway detailer at this time and since finding ONRWW I have saved myself some major time on the wash steps and can do it in the garage!!! No more hose and hard water stains to wipe off. I have used it on customers and my own vehicles with great success. Was curious if others were using it on glass or if adding the wax was making more work. Thanks for answering my question, enjoy the channel!

How hot can you get O.N.R. Before the product starts to break down?

Robert Kahana we just use hot tap water. Never so hot, you can't stick your hand in it. But in our extractor and steamer we also use ONR. That gets really hot! Never had any issues with product breakdown.

Woah woah woah. Blowing a car out before vacuuming it is a no no. Vacuum, blow, vaccum again. Then after you’re done with everything else on the car, vacuum again and then do your interior detail. Maybe it’s just be but how you do anything is how you do everything

PLEASE HELP: I own a car detailing business, we do only dealership cars and very few customer cars. We work in our own shop and pay rent. We do about 10-20 cars a day depends on if our employees feel like “showing up” to work that day. We need cheaper chemicals or cheaper labor. If you have any suggestions or other ways we can be more profitable it would be much appreciated. Thanks! We’ve been in business for 30+ years. We just aren't making nearly as much as we used to and some months are not profitable.

Way too general. Talk specifics please. TRC sells OPT products, I get it. Does OPT rebrand? If not they should. Companies are out there to make money, not friends. Just give us a name of a product that is rebranded. I think everyone already knows or has some general knowledge or they wouldn't be watching this video.
