This is my struggle. Lots of hair, super fine strands😭😭 And yes, on wash days my hair goes bye-bye. That's why I hate unbraiding and washing. Thanks for the tips! I'll give it a try.

That’s the content I need as well. Very hard to find this. My hair is fine but high density and if I even think a negative thought about my hair, it’ll snap. My strands are so fragile it’s ridiculous!

@@Academiacaramelcurlz Same. This hair type is not discussed enough. It grows for sure but it snaps off so easily. Literally everything makes it break, washing, braiding, take-downs, EVERYTHING. I used to think my hair was just unhealthy but its just the way it is. It took a while to learn that what most hair can handle well, mine CANNOT.

Thanks for the tlps. I am natural & always twist my hair. But I sometimes start in the middle when taking it down. Will start at the end of the twist when taking down now
