@@iamfrisk3606 I think I may need to clarify a bit. Say that you start by planting a Sunflower. Since it costs 50 sun, from that point on, you can’t plant anything that costs less than that. So plants such as Potato Mines and Puff-Shroom are banned for the remainder of the challenge. You can still plant other plants that have an equal or greater value to Sunflowers, such as the Squash, but the moment you plant something that cost more than 50 sun, then Sunflower, as well as all other plants that cost less than the most recently planted, are banned as well.

I had an idea, called Plant em like you see em. Basically, for every zombie that's on the screen at one time, you can only have that many plants on screen too (3 zombies, 3 plants. 5 zombies, 5 plants etc.) Since this may be quite hard, you can use insta plants, since they don't exist for long (Aside potato mines) and sunflowers, since you'll be needing to spend a lot planting new plants, and a level of your choice to try make it a bit easier.

i did this on easy (only because i dont know how to unlock survival hard or it just doesnt exist on mobile) and i used flower pot, sunflower, puff shroom, lily pad, and tombstone (tombstone could be traded out but for the most part they are all mandatory) and that left me with 4 slots to choose. potato mine pumpkin melon pult and winter melon made it pretty easy from there.

Weird how the catapult zombie, when initially entering the lawn, or in this case the roof, only seems to reach and crush the second-last column of plants IF whatever plant's there has a pumpkin on it. If it doesn't it the catapult zombie doesn't crush it.

I have a really complicated but original challenge idea- I call it “Plant Collecter!” The challenge takes place on Survival Endless, and it ends once you clear a wave with at least one of every plant in the game on the lawn/pool at the same time. Rules- 1. Every mushroom must also be woken up, except for Ice Shroom and Doom Shroom, which will basically be unusable tiles. 2. Upgraded plants and their downgraded versions must both be present. 3. Imitaters count as Imitaters, not the plant they’re imitating. An imitated Sunflower would not count for the required Sunflower. At least one Imitater must be present. 4. Cherry Bomb, Jalapeno, Blover, Coffee Bean, and Grave Buster are not required. (In Grave Buster’s case, it literally can’t be planted.) 5. Since Potato Mine, Tangle Kelp, Squash, and Hypno Shroom can exist passively, so they must also be present upon clearing the final wave. Hypno Shroom must still be woken up as well. 6. Plantern, Marigold, Gold Magnet, and Flower Pot are required, despite serving no practical function in this challenge. 7. At least 1 Sun Shroom must be full grown and at least 1 Potato Mine must be active. 8. At least 1 each of Wall-nut, Tall-nut, Pumpkin, Garlic, and Spikerock must appear in perfect condition.

(Day 4) Challenge: Every time you want to plant, have a random number generator give you the row and column of a tile. Either plant in that tile, or roll again in hopes of getting a better one. Just be careful not to reroll too much, since the zombies won't wait for you to get the perfect spot. If that is too RNG heavy, maybe just randomly roll the columns?

What I would do differently: once the basketball zombies showed up - change the strat to have 1 row of sunflower-umbrella-sunflower-umbrella-sunflower, then the next row - nothing but gloom shrooms in pumpkins. Since all plants forward from that row are squished by the basketball machine anyway - might as well maximize the DPS towards these assholes on every lane by having them be under fire from several gloom shrooms at all times. Use the empty space for pot+insta use plant only. I should go play it and figure out if it's a good strategy or not.
