Sir in other lecture we say that detector are made of different instrument . And some detector are not much sensitive to detect the all light of band ? But here we say that charge transfer detector detect multiple wave at simultaneously so it's instrument is also different and its cost is also too much ???

Sir what is the main difference between CID and CCD

There is not so much difference, both are types of CCD type of detectors. The only difference is of the difference in the polarity of electrodes present in the detector body.
