I really love Dethklok! I started to listen to metal music after watching the cartoon Metalocalypse. When I heard this song, I wanted to play it, but I could not do it because I had not even played the guitar yet. :D Then I decided to start playing the guitar and wanted to be like Toki Wartooth and Skwisgaar Skwigelf. :D I express gratitude to the creators of this wonderful cartoon. One happy person in the world has become more.

pick up a guitar and give it maybe a year or 2, you'll get there, Thunderhorse isn't really all that hard to play, alot of the time you'll end up bypassing songs because they're too hard to play at one time , come back to them later, and their quite easy to pickup .

It's definitely a pick slant but instead of turning her hand like most she changes the grip with her thumb. Probably learned the pick slant through trial and error and no one showed her how you can turn your hand (or she just likes it that way).

Erik Uccello nope its just turning the pick almost 60to90degree using the round edges not the flat sides. i use to do stuff like that to get a variety of different jazztones. can be used for different harmonic squeals too.

Well things can be wrong if they cause damage to you over time. Which is why it's important to have a relaxed grip while you're playing guitar or to not growl if it hurts your throat. If she can do this without hurting herself, more power to her ... but I'm straining just looking at it.

I wish i could have my notes sustain after i let them go too. I see alot of comments about the slant picking, its real good for sweeping but i looked into the science of it and it chsnges the dynamics of your sound, it makes your low range really come out, which helps with sweeping, keeping the high range clean and not clustered.
