Thank you SO much for this! I started my storefront on Dec 21 so big newbie, not getting a lot of engagement on my SM yet, more on Pinterest than IG. I'm definitely going to start trying some different types of posts like these though. Mine have been mostly mockups but I feel like the T-shirt designs aren't always as easy to see because they're not focused or zoomed in to the T-shirt. I really like the idea of more of a collage style because I could still use mockups on those which I think is nice but having the product by itself where it's easier to focus on the design should be helpful. 🤞🏼

I've found out that you can drag the images directly to your canva tab if you have it open and place it directly on your canvas.

Your question is the most important for anyone already on POD or trying to become a seller regardless what the platform is. I went to the entire process to secure trademark with US patent and trademark office. It used to cost $300.00 yrs ago. Not sure what the cost is this 2024. Now, Infringing Trademark is a federal crime, the violator could land in jail and pay hefty amount. To be safe, never use or advertise or display someone's creation. The law says if you create an image or paint it yours are protected even if you do not register your design with USPTO. However, as anyone can see, there are hundreds of website that offer free clip art, some have conditions others do not. To use it or not to use it is personal decision. Hope this help a tad.

How do I do this if I’m only categorized as apprentice? My store doesn’t even show up to the public. I’ve put a lot of effort into improving my designs but they don’t even respond to me. How do I get my store visible to the public? And should I make a new social media page that is specifically for tshirt designs business page? Or my personal page?

Just continue to make designs that people want to buy. Yes, a social media page can help just make sure you are giving your audience value.... don't just put photos of you t-shirts

You would download it as a PNG and then use it (upload it) to the social media sites you want

@@DetourShirts As that easy as it should be. It is not on my end. Canva is a new product and Canva itself asked a user to send the error mesage so their team can take a look. In my case. I downloaded the 5 pages Canva file and ended up in a folded that is zipped. I go to Instagram to post the file, when I try to open the file, IG says that file is too small it has to be 1k or more. But the 5 page canva file should be much more than that. Also, when you create something in canva like 4 or 5 pages, I assume all the pages make up one file under one single filename. 5 pages should be more than 1K, I do not know why the error is occuring. In the past I revived dead laptops and resusitated wireless laptops successfully. These symphony of canva and social media and Teepublic linkage is truly and endless nightmare.

It takes a month... and you can use AI but make sure not to spam TeePublic with it and make sure to create designs that people want to buy
