I have a question. If someone is using a graphic from canva on his design and selling it on redbubble. Do i have the right to use the same graphic on my design and buy it on the same store (redbubble)?

So you shouldn't use the graphic by itself.... it should be mixed together with other graphics and fonts.... that way you both should not have the same looking design

You can remove it if you use a PDF instead of a PNG... otherwise you will have to use Affinity Photo for a PNG

Well animated means it moves around like a gif..... you can't have that on a t-shirt anyway... animated is more for posts on social media.
