The "think while"... Rihanna shirt is an IP of a fashion company that designed that shirt and if I am not mistaken they are selling them for 200+ USD People ripping off that design and uploading copies on Amazon are risking their accounts. To all of you please do proper research before uploading designs as this is the only way to stay out of potential troubles.

I couldn't find anything under trademark or copyright. Obviously I wouldn't copy the design exactly, how would I know otherwise that this design/niche is unsafe? Appreciate any advice.

I wish I could read this before uploading. Now I got 3 designs under review and I will for sure get rejected designs. Hopefully only this.... Juna, I know you're trying to help us but lately more than 60 % of your recommendations are huge NO NO's. And yes we should do our own research it's our accounts but if you're making this maybe you should add a filter: "will I upload this for myself?".

@@DetourShirts Everyone is jumping the gun on this without knowing why they are in review and criticizing you in the process. If the phrase is not allowed to be used there would have been automatic rejections. It may just be that the designs are being reviewed to make sure they are not creating a copycat of the design Rihanna wore. The phrase is not copyrighted or trademarked. So let's wait and see if the ones in review go through or not.

There are some... but not very many good ones.... most are filled with holidays that people actually don't wear t-shirts for.....that's why I started making these... after 12 months I will put together a full calendar.

So the lower the BSR the more sales it is getting.... Look for BSRs lower than 500,000

I'm tiers, sold 24 designs, can I get out of the 10 tiers hell? And if my account is upgraded to which tiers will I be? Tiers 100 or 25 because I'm short of one sale than 25?

It can take a while for Amazon to tier us up... I waited over 3 weeks once... some have waited longer... You can skip tier if you have enough sales... For example, if you have more than 25 sale when they tier you up you could jump to 100.

Thanks for the Bonus, I created one quickly and easily, one of the simplest and quickest designs I have done so far. But wouldn't you know it, its been under review for hours now. Typically my uploads go live in less than two hours. Rumors are now going around that Merch is removing anti-biden shirts but I am not so sure how true it is or all the facts around it. One thing is obvious however, this niche is packed with competition, 7 pages full with over 2000 results. Looks like it could be just a few merchants who have flooded it with their own shirts and different colors but this niche is hot, just good-luck getting past those few merchants. I personally don't care to do politics and this is confirming why I shouldn't, not at least until I'm in the top tier sure!

Songs, poems, books, movies and such are protected by copyright, which is a little harder to research, since there isn't a database you can search, but if you put the quote in google and your results have a song, book, movie title, then you should stay away, because that would fall under copyright
