DETOX SOUP OF BLACK CABBAGE AND VEGETABLES without sauté BLACK CABBAGE SOUP with buckwheat legumes

Black cabbage soup

Ingrediants
500 gr black cabbage
2 carrots 2 celery 1 leek
500 gr pumpkin
salt pepper oil
peeled peas and lentils
buckwheat, spelled
Total cooking time 2 hours
Cut all the vegetables and put them in a large pot.
The black cabbage must be cut into small pieces, the final part of the stem is hard and therefore you have to remove it.
Everything in the pot, cover with water and put on the stove.

halfway through cooking you will need more water, stir occasionally,
cook for at least an hour, even an hour and a half.
prepare croutons for the soup.
When cooked, you can add a little more water and cook some rice or spelled in the soup. Or leave it as it is. You can also decide to make it more or less soupy.
before eating it, add a little olive oil and fresh pepper.
