Thank you John and Dr. Rapaport for yet another very informative video. I see you are always on the topic and touching those sensitive topics that any TSW suffers are having on mind.

the doctor that has saved hundreds of thousands of lives from being destroyed. It's true. He is why so many people know what tsw is dating back to the 80s to now.

Hi, can someone tell me the highlights here? Can I detox? How?... Watched this video twice and feeling like, I am missing the point.

Please do a video on hyperpigmentation that happens to people with brown and black skin. Why does this happen and is time the only way to cure it and let it fade over time

I’ve spent so much on naturopathic doctors and supplements. Did about 3 cleanses and a keto diet, candida diet and lymphatic drainage. Still going through tsw. Bought infrared and red light therapy mask and panel been doing using it for almost 9 months and nothing has helped. Just cyclosporine and a biologic. Cyclosporine is amazing but it’s hard to find a dr that will let you stay on it long term and biologics are only good after a certain amount of healing and they are slow working takes 4 months + to finally get results atleast i think it’s working or maybe hopefully I’m actually healing and I’m being dooped in to believing it’s the biologic? 🤷🏻♀️

Telemedicine is available -too many poorly trained MDs out there . If you want help

Thank you Dr Rapaport I’m currently on cyclo. If anything goes wrong with my current dermatologist I’ve made the decision to use telemedicine and hopefully become one of your patients ❤️ thank you for all you do and for the videos with John. It’s been a blessing to be able to watch you in these videos,you are truly an amazing Dr. And I pray for other Dr to follow your example 🙏

So liver detox diet is not going to get you out of TSW. If you say no please shout it from the mountain top. We arent just doing it wrong or not strict enough with it?

Ive spoken to my skin specialist dietician about detoxes generally - she recommends against fad/internet detoxes as they can have extremely ruinous effects on your gut. She also said if you are going to do a detox, it needs to be done under the care of a specialist, and she also would not recommend any detox specifically for excema and skin related issues, unless you have a tested heavy chemical or other actual toxin in the body. The body has natural detox processes which can help you heal your skin. I personally have had a lot of success with fasting and constipation focused asanas and yoga + 2 big glasses of water in the morning. Best of luck on your skin healing journey:)

@@CinnamonBeat5- John and i are "borrowing " the term. There is no such thing and it has been garbage therapy since the 1400's -- ridiculous- "a specialist " in what ?? chicanery and obfuscation- eat ,exercise, live life -- none of this nonsense of Eastern Medicine, yoga, acupuncture, diet etc mean anything of any value other than money making balderdash

I’m saying I agree with this statement you made in this video. Hoping other Derms start to recognize this and adopt this thinking when TSW patients present to their offices.

Dr. Rapaport can you talk about TSW induced Lymphedema? You've spoken about edema but not much about long term Lymphedema onset by TSW. Many would be interested to hear you talk about out lymphatic systems connection and role in TSW
@jakubnovak8148 ай бұрын
@@FarhanFaruquiI would also like an episode on this! There should be some guidance on the possible non-surgical and surgical treatments which could help specifically with lymphedema after long term intense skin inflammation
