Would you consider that glyphosate becomes bound to gluten therefore causing the intolerance? If I bring my non gmo organic certified wheat to make my own bread, I have zero issue. I see this in many clients as well. I see that when they travel abroad and eat bread every day they not only have zero pain but their bloating disappears as well

Hi Andrea! I had a question/thought , somewhat related to this and also to the kidney video, I'll just post it here. Its a bit confusing to me which bodily systems (cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine, muscular, nervous system, skeletal, etc.) and which organs benefit from MORE use (i.e. stresses/challenges) versus which ones do not. For example, as a personal trainer my goal is to get people to "stress"/challenge their cardio system, and their muscular system, because the stresses/challenges make those systems stronger. However this video is making me notice how the case is the opposite for our filtration organs. Can you speak to which bodily systems/organs benefit from regular stressing/challenges vs. which ones don't ???

I'm not Andrea, but I have an idea about this. It goes back to what she was saying about a stress bucket. Stress is not always a bad thing. Our sympathetic system is activated if we are in danger...that is a stressor. Exercise is a kind of stress that is important. Cortisol spikes in the morning to wake us up...good stress. The problem is when the Sympathetic System never turns off, or the bucket is overflowing. No one needs to be in a stressed out state when, say, they're eating or in a needing to go to sleep. But some people have full buckets all the time and don't need the additional stress of vigorous exercise, or fasting. Once they get that bucket's load lowered, they can do more with exercise (for example), but may need to get their movement in for now with walking instead of running or weight training. This answer is coming from a person who has a nutritionist and is currently studying functional nutrition...I also happen to be one of those people that has been told that stress and inflammation are the big ones from me. So, I'm just sharing the advice I've received. Hope it helps your question. :D
