Wow. Your video brought back many memories of the old Detroit. Haven’t been back in many years. I remember the old tigers stadium when Kirk Gibson hit the winning World Series home run in 1984 and the lions played in Pontiac at the silverdome. Also saw the pope at the silverdome. Good to be back in Thailand. Those freezing cold dark Michigan winters are just too much for me now. Haha! 😂

games here in southern california are almost like Detroit home games, for Hockey at least because there are so many home town michigan people that moved to southern california and they buy the tickets a year in advance. Football games are the same but its slowly changing. We didn't have a team for so long, people jumped ship and started following their hometown teams.

I vote for a beautiful hike down and up the Grand Canyon if you only have 1 day in the US but this looks nice also (except for the Detroit part). And yes I know Detroit fairly well - a once decent city - I suppose with the prices up all over the US even Detroit is making somewhat of a comeback.

Awesome, sometimes we go down there just to party and go home to watch game. Quick question, flying out in January to Thailand. Have you ever flown Turkish Air? They have a flight, DTW to Bangkok with only a 1 hour layover in Istanbul, but they say that’s long enough? They do have a 4 hour layover so I was thinking of doing that just to make sure. We previously booked through Qatar, but now want to stay longer, lol and can get that flight refunded. Thanks Tim (Tough loss yesterday)

Max out your 401 k from the get go. Invest in real estate. I was lucky enough to get a pension on top of my deferred compensation investment accounts.
