People with even half a brain understand the Lions were decimated by injuries in the second half, Ben Johnson will not stop running David Montgomery right into the arms of waiting defenders which ends drives. Gibbs dropped the ball when they were about to be up by 23 and Chicago adjusted at the half to attack the intermediate where all but one quality LB exists. I’m sorry life has been so unfair that you need to create conspiracy theories to suit. But. Hey. You’ll find the truth. :)

@@Whiskyfan519Yeah, Goff is great when he throws like 20 passes, and only the short stuff. His mid-deep game is suspect as hell, and he should not be looking to launch it every other throw. When he had that crazy 18/18 game... 75% of his passes were within 10 yards of scrimmage. Do that and run Gibbs more. As a lions fan, i think we can learn a lot from this kind of game. Learning from difficulties will fortify us for the playoffs. Defence show some resiliency even if they give up some yardage to moore and the other wr. Also, hats off for Williams for his second half management. He still is a rookie but he showed some great stuff ( the ending apart, why didn't they call for a timeout). Appreciate al your work and breakdown videos

As a Bear’s fan, I have seen a number of missed/questionable calls go against them. The refs in the game are just an X factor to be worked around more often than not. The problem with “the calls will even out” is that so many shouldn’t be missed to begin with.

As it happened live they failed to show the play twice. They failed to show it directly after the play when they were showing the entire play and then when they broke it down and were zeroing in on it they cut it off. We never got a clear look at it after the play unless you were actually watching it happen it live... Clearly a bogus call when I initially seen it.

I yelled false start on this as well. Typically the average person can't even see it. This was so obvious my 14 yo son who barely knows football said "they moved early didn't they?" There were some embarrassing calls by the refs today, but this was by far the most egregious. I mean they even CAME TOGETHER TO DISCUSS IT!!! And still got it wrong 😂😂😂 he could've tackled that dude and it shouldn't have mattered. That ball was 15 yards off target. It was a complete miscommunication.

I'm a Lions fan but I did see a replay shot you didn't show that seemed to justify that flag even though Caleb was basically throwing it away and the interference didn't really affect the route noticeably. I agree that the officiating was less than stellar on both sides. Thank God we got a win out of this though we might have used up one of our 9 lives. Happy Thanksgiving. Go Lions.

I would feel less like the fix is on if the networks would play the whole replay. CBS cut off of the replay, so there is no evidence of any PI shown. Rodrigo's breakup earlier was replayed a couple of different times, and rules analysis was asked about it(ball underthrown and no contact), and he says refs missed it.

That play is an example of one that reinforces my belief that the NFL is crooked. Whether it was for viewership, covering the spread, whatever. It was just BS. The refs ignore an obvious false start and offensive holding on the play, but flag incidental contact on a ball the receiver had no chance to catch. To erase a 4th and long deficit.
