I can’t let my wife see your channels or she’d probably try to keep me from getting one. LOL. Seriously though, we have a few around town already and even with 4 LE jurisdictions over the area, no one’s reported these sorts of interactions. Thankfully. The many hazards of living avant-garde.

Sorry for not searching for it, but what camera do you use? And with the camera positioning you needed to do with the Livonia stop, I had to wonder about looking for a gimbaled mount you could position from inside to switch camera views as needed? It wouldn’t be aero, but that articulated ball mount seems like it would have come in handy on your multiple stops with multiple camera shifts needed.😕

Cheapest Go Pro, mounted next to my mirror. I could mount it facing forward or back. . Tried a Nikon 360, but low resolution and lots of data storage needed. Short battery life too. . If I.were doing it again, I'd run 2 cameras, one facing forward and one backward.

You were really pushing it there lol. I can maintain 30-31 mph at minimum effort but 35-40 is hustling. I gotta really push hard to make 40 on flats.
@KandiKlover3 жыл бұрын
That's not hustling. You're just weak and unfit. Start putting more than "minimum effort" in all the time and you'll grow muscle.

It was supposed to be a chick magnet. Not a cop magnet. lol

Good way to look at it. These guys were alright. I was 5 MPH over the speed limit. And we were all just having fun.

I apologize, somehow this slipped by me. MIne is a Quest XS. Some people build their first one of coroplast. There are webpages on human-powered vehicles, and building them. I hope this helps.

If you want to meet a cop buy One of these bikes 😅

Meet lots of people, actually. Including my second wife. I half-joke that my oldest son, now 30, is a result of whitewater kayaking. But the next 3, ages 5y, 3y, and 1y; are the result of riding a velomobile.

That cop was speeding, which is no allowed if there is no emergency.

How many watts do you need for that type of speed?
@douggrosjean Жыл бұрын
No idea, I don't run a watts meter.

Cam you make it go up to 60 or 70mph
@RifullOfTheWest6 жыл бұрын
Only on hills lol. 40 mph on flats is pushing it hard, 35 is still hustling. 30 mph is average for a velomobile.
@douggrosjean Жыл бұрын
Most any downhill it will hit 40 MPH, and have hit nearly 50 MPH on one long but gently descent in metro Detoit.
