And because the kid is a sponge - after playing Detroit next week, he learns what a team who plays 100% unselfish ball and committed to winning a SB for DETROIT. We just heard a press conference from the next NFL Coach of the Year!!! This guy is a treasure to the city of Detroit and to the NFL! He has genuine respect for each and every opponent, laser-focused on the opponents strengths and weapons and prepares his team accordingly. It’s always about the WORK of preparing for the challenges of the next opponent because nothing else matters! That is exactly why the Lions keep winning. I say he learned how to install Tom Brady mode to his players the situation of being laughed at when he put the league on notice and the world what he was gonna do and week after week hr stood in front of the press with tears in his eyes focusing on how hard his team played barely losing games week after week never throwing any player or coach under the bus and loyalty and a bond gets built and the players see their coach with tears of passion taking all the negativity thrown and turning it into something positive to say week after week refusing to let his players see any weakness then the few players start showing up early to practice to get a few more reps in then a few more stay late for film study and then slowly but surely a improvement is starting to be seen and now it's a standard either you are gonna show up and get the extra reps in and work as hard as everyone else or your not gonna fit in and traded and when every draft pick you pick you find and get a dawg and already has work ethic and play cause they love it not for money alot of teams go by stats lions you need to have heart and passion

Actually he hasn't been beating good teams it's the total opposite. They've got one win over the playoff team during the regular season that was Philadelphia and Hertz got hurt in the first quarter.
