Even when fully upgraded you can't fall more than 10-15 feet without dying instantly. In the real world it's totally possible to walk away from such a fall without even breaking anything, as long as you know how to land properly.

Not true. The Icarus Landing System protects from any height that you fall from. With it, it's literally impossible to die when falling unless you mod it to do so.

True, I guess I didn't take that into consideration. But still, you don't have that right away. I remember I once near the beginning of the game, I stacked some boxes near the fence by the police station, jumped over, and promptly died at full health.

Few people will want their body parts to be replaced with something that could potentially be controlled externally. I agree with criken, game had some pretty satisfying elements. Plenty of action, rpg/shooter style (my favorite sort), and plenty to do and discover. Now you are about to learn something here. The name "Deus Ex" originated from the term "Deus Ex Machina" that came from ancient greece. It started in greek plays in which an all powerful diety/god would swoop down, solve everyones problems, and change the world for better or for worse. In Jensen's case, he is the Deus Ex Machina of humanity.
