I'm surprised Remote Hacking didn't make this list, as it can open new path options, activate or disable electronic devices at range to provide cover or useful distractions, and when upgraded can temporarily disable automated security measures like turrets or cameras. All of these features are potentially useful to any stealth-heavy run of the game.

Thanks for the helpful tip Chris! We didnt place much importance on the REMOTE HACKING aug over the other mentioned hacking options when we first dabbled with it, however after using it for a while we agree it should have been included in the augs to get mid-game. Definitely a good (and fun) addition to the stealth players toolset :)

it also pays for itself in praxis, as you will gain thousands of exp if you turn of/on everything you go past. its one of my first upgrades and ive usualy got the 3 praxis back before i even get to HQ

He also missed icarus dash which is way more useful than most augs in this list.

There is a very important thing you forgot to mention in regards to triggering alarms, and that's the events that happen between your second and third trips to Prague. When you regain control you're given a choice between calling Miller and Vega. If you choose to call Miller, then the enemy's going to know you're alive midway through and trigger an unavoidable alarm. If you opted for Vega, this alarm never happens

Great video! I just finished my first play through, I did it non lethal as well, plus I had a similar build! The biggest problem for me was the lack of biocells, it made things really hard in some levels.

Thanks a lot! Yeah if you played on harder difficulties and used energy draining augs regularly then biocells can get sapped quickly. I suppose its to prevent you from feeling overpowered but would have been nice if they threw in a few more to play around with.

Good job. Remote hacking and Icarus dash are both great additions as well. They should probably be prioritized before hacking, hacking stealth, and smart vision.

haha, I suppose the Micro-Assembler aug never got mentioned because it's DLC only. That aug completely breaks the game balance by supplying endless ammo for Tesla and Nanoblade

sometimes fighting is the best move it allows to kill and get many software biocell painkillers etc which could be use in sealthmod

I don't think you should use the tesla Aug because you need to find Ammo for it and I haven't found anyone so it was just a waste of praxis for me

I would say it can be good for room cleaning, but it isn't essential. You already have a stun gun and it is more rewarding and challenging without it.

I came here with regards to a problem I was facing in the Smart Vision Augmentation. Every time I open the Augmentation wheel to select Smart Vision it says "COST:HIGH". I have no idea how to fix this and it's really hindering my progress in the game. Can you please help?

Hi Noriene, have you made sure to upgrade the Smart Vision aug with the Rough and Fine Transmitter Tuning upgrades? This should reduce the energy consumption to medium and low respectively. If you have already purchased these upgrades and it still sais High, it sounds like a bug. However, check the actual consumption it uses as it may just be a text bug? It may say High, but is actually consuming low?

Hello, I have already upgraded both of these things, and no, it certainly isn't a text bug. It looks like I'll have to replay at least two hours of the game to get to the previous save without the bug. Thanks for your help and thank you for the lovely videos.
