@best360gamer All you need to do is exit the hotel via the front entrance instead of the window. I think my video is a great example of letting Paul handle the initial rush and then bypassing everybody else.

It was about 90 seconds of just sitting in the dark and listening to gunshots, so I didn't find it exciting or worth keeping. I did something similar at 8:30 of Majestic 12 Prison (1/3); do you think I should be leaving in these kinds of sequences?

iirc, Anna just doesn't show up, and you'll be captured by Gunther at the surface as usual.

@DDRrez Access the computer in the adjacent room and rotate all of the dishes before you send the message.

If you have tranqs, it should be pretty easy to take out the grunts and then avoid the bot patrols.

@Sile188 I have the same problem. I haven't been able to progress through this game which I enjoy because that door closed off the tunnel. I don't know if it's because I've done something wrong or because of a glitch.

I was doing this level and when I arrived at Paul's apartment he wasn't there. Just a bunch of UNATCO troops and MIBs

I'm stuck here. I forgot to rotate the dishes when I sent the signal and left the area, the passageway at 1:08 is closed. I've gone back to rotate the dishes and resend the signal and the Unatco troops act like I've never been there and all the items are reset. The passageway is still blocked even after I rotate the dishes.

I think toxic resistance biomod is better than aqualung. Swimming is useful but there isn't much chances to use this.

Really? I had no idea. I killed everyone in the hotel and escaped out the window thinking Paul would be okay, then I got word he died. Now I have to restart because I hate completing the game with him dead.

I was just doing this part yesterday and when I came back to the apartment and troops stormed in, I fucked up and I died right outside the front door. Turns out that's all you need to accomplish, cuz next second I was in the MJ12 holding cell and Anna was mouthing off to me. Paul was alive too.

Just out of interest why do you run up the stairs to Gunther when if Anna kills you you still end up alive in the prison cell?

In my third play-through (basically the one where i was trying to kill everyone in sight), I fired a GEP rocket at Paul and it blew up his chair. Despite the fact that he was supposed to be dying, he still managed to chase me around the entire hotel trying to kill me XD And then, after I sent the message and returned, he wouldn't talk to me when he was stood up, so I had to restart :(

Hey Shido please help me, i got one BIG problem, Electricity powered off during i was playing Deus Ex 1 in this mission and now everytime i play Deus Ex again and hit the "Load Game" button, it crashes and gives me HUGE error, i don't understand it, maybe you will help me? Please.

i need some help with this part. i tried to send the distress call (all the satellites are in the correct position) but after i send it paul says no one received it and that guy orders everyone to kill me. i killed all the guards and after that i kept trying to send the message but nothing happened. i went back to the hotel but paul wasn't there. wtf do i do? :(

can u help me, if i come from the hq, paul is not there! the mib and soldiers are behind the doors but no paul + the mib are invincible. if i check my missions, i have only - secure paul from new york. something like that... but where the fuck is he ?
