I stopped playing around the neo vision era, but my favorite memory of the game was when i first pulled pyro glacial lasswell back in the 6 star era he was the first 5 star i could ever pull. It is a shame that the game is shutting down and thank you deus for helping me understand how the game worked back then godspeed!

Same or rather NW Keaton was release. NV and Clash of Will is what killed it for me. Favourite 5* is probably Orlandu but as far as I know, he some sideline HARD when they keep adding new chaining families. Have no shame that game is shutting down and glad I had quit back then.

I already quitted the game since Neo vision plus was released, but still it makes me sad that it’s going to be shutting down in just 1 month left.. even though I hated myself for playing this game due how time consuming it is,to team building, DV and clash of wills, it’s still of one the games that I played for almost 7 years now, and I am grateful see other KZbinrs like you and sinzar who are still playing this game after knowing its decline has already begun, and thanks to you guys that I was able to choose the units to pull for and all of guides you guys make for DV, Clash of wills etc.. thanks for everything and the ffbe community as a whole.. I realize all games eventually come to an end but feel sympathy towards people who have continued to spend on ffbe over the years as even a few years back it became clear the developers stopped caring about the game and I feel they let the players down. As soon as war of the visions came out they lost interest in this game completely and around that time I swapped to romancing saga which seems to have a lot more effort put into its development. Thank you to everyone who has taken part in the community - there will be more games to play in future, just a shame another final fantasy game is shutting down with the brand being quite popular overall.

I remembered playing this back in May 2022, along with DFF:OO. Both were the only FF games I had on my phone, and I’m kinda sad that both of them had to end service. However, I’m grateful for the friends I made along the way, and that I was able to get the characters I want in the game.

It's unfortunate but the writing has been on the wall since wotv was released. I still say to this day that the final nail in the coffin for ffbe's quality was wotv. This game has a lot of great and memorable moments but with just as many lows. I don't regret the time I spent on it because I had fun. The train stops here and it was one hell of a ride.

How lame af, I was just getting settled with lots of units to throw around at ex+2 and +3 Didn't help everyone wouldn't stfu about EoS every got damn post anywhere, damn self fulfilling prophecy at that point. Hopefully hackers and homebrewers can get their hands on the code and sprites and actually make a _game_ out of this, wasted potential of a gacha. They should have just made all resources infinite and unlocked max ex max level stats of every unit since they're shutting it down. Damn shame.

Ah man, it's still saddens me that this day arrived, I joined to the game back when the first FFT Orlandeau banner arrived. Over the years I found your channel and stuck to it and other youtubers' channels, but over time the game stopped being fun for me, about the time when we hit the first half of the 3rd season of the main story and I really did not like the direction the game was going story wise and content wise, so I stopped playing the game and watched your videos from time to time... I started playing last year because I'm a Final Fantasy fan and since it's a game that's been around for so long I decided to focus on the story. The story of the first part was good but god The second part was perfect, every interaction, every joke, every battle was truly amazing and it won a place in my heart, in fact after I finished the second season I didn't play anymore I felt the ending was perfect (although I would have liked to see more of physalis and lasswell) but I truly believe that few will understand the love I feel for this story and its characters. It was simply a wonderful experience.

The game was fun. Unfortunately they kept bending the playerbase over time and time again, lying to our faces time and again, skipping ESSENTIAL QOL updates, not giving characters actual uprades when promised, patching any bugs that were beneficial in the slightest but not years long bugs that hampered things (hello friend unit bug), etc etc. This was sadly a long time coming and I can't say I'm gonna miss it all that much. Not that JP wasn't constantly run through the wringer as well mind.

Started in 2016, and well... I'll miss this gem - I won't go over to JP, just to compromise... Global was where I started, and well where it'll end for me. I'll miss the story, I won't miss all event or bosses that was hyper focused on burning or using 1-time use abilities, adding in some rng aspects... well. In any case, I'll miss the people - and I'll miss the stuff that made me enjoy final fantasy... after I finished everything that other titles made in this franchise (Final fantasy), had to offer me. You're right Deus, Global's higher ups have no one to blame but themselves. How can they run a game called FINAL FANTASY Brave Exvius and decide in their arrogance that their fanfic characters are more important and change the Title Screen to suit fundamental farces. They reached the Anniversaries because of Rain, Lasswell, Fina, the side characters (to an extent) and also the characters from the other Final Fantasy series, NOT those comic book characters. But, front and centre for every Anniversary, elena etc. It also didn't help that their livestream team was forced to lie to our faces on occasions and not even address things after. Still waiting on that Lasswell -Dark Lineage's- promised global upgrade. Then there's the skipped content and changing some event stage completion rewards to fake lapis. I wonder if the whales are still going to whale till the end 🤦🏽‍♂️. Damn, i was hoping that we would have gotten to finish the story via playing it though. I had started another account just to play the story over from season 1. I got sidetracked with dv/vw eventually.... Maybe someone can run videos on JP's Season 5's story and have subtitles in English? You know I'll still be around Deus! I'm still on JP AND someone (when he has time) still has that Megaman X Command Mission lol. Of course, there's your other content as well.

I had made my peace a long time ago. I harbor no ill will towards the game. The developers were receptive to its community (for the most part) and I wish them the best. Over the years we also slowly lost GL representatives for one reason or another. I knew it.. EOSther is the last broken unit to be released.. unless Gumi pulls off a Broken EOSylvie just before Oct30. Anyway, this game is my very first gacha game and I can't believe time flew by so fast, from day 1 up to now. Because of ffbe I learned how to manage my resources when pulling, carefully considering who and what to pull for. and that learnings carried on to my other gacha games (WuWa, HSR, Genshin). I remember the good old days when ffbe had very lively events and community, with their Fan festa live events, and having many content creators featuring the game.

I felt the game was on its last legs last year. I agree with Deus. I wish they didn’t focus on those GL units and more on the Final Fantasy series or other Square Enix games. However it’s not like they couldn’t use those characters in new titles. I also think they were charging people too much money. It’d have been better if they made it cheaper to get more people to pay instead of just whales.

I think it started after Shady's departure. If you look at decline since she the "Main Marketing Global Advocate" passed on it started going down for global....I believe she held the game for global. The 1st Global Clash Unit Louise was her voice. A lot of people complained Louise's voice over was bad....but it was actually her voice.

As someone who played both Global and JP version Exvius. I never felt angry to play JP. It always felt fair. I never felt robbed of my time and energy. Global always seemed liked they were after every penny from the customers. There was zero chill with it. I literally got fed up with the game because of the fact JP continuously got their yearly Lapis story mission reset. we got the one. they pushed the expert quests out so long they were nearly irrelevant. the thing that was the most heart breaking for me was what was the point of all those GLEX 7 star units if we were never going to get them in the NV era. we were ROBBED of great units. We never got some FFIX units that they could have put into multiple FFIX banners. Global chose the path that lead to this. they cut so many corners. they cut so many customers off at the knees. by the end of the 7 star era we had 5% rainbow rates. to this day in global the drop rates are STILL 3% for NVs and 1% on the one that is the banner unit. I don't hate the staff working for global. BUT, I do hate Hiroki. I truly despise his leadership qualities in continuing to perpetuate his own meme of "soon" or avoid the things that would have kept people happy and more in-gauged. I should have quit when they stopped giving us NVA Glex units during that first year of NV units. the last and only NVA unit we got after that initial Halloween and Christmas NVAs was NVA Elena and while i'm happy she was an NVA unit, it is rather disappointing we never received a singular NVA GLex unit after this. I hated all these 5 star units that stacked up in my bank. it was nothing more than bloat. but they had to continue to shovel them into our throats instead of give us something to do with them. GL was a train wreck from start. they built a mountain of ill will that was insurmountable and to top it off they chased off the majority of content creators that were giving them FREE PUBLICITY in gas lighting them into saying oh well you don't know what they will be. Bitch please. we know we had the datamines, we had JP can see what they will be. Hiroki and the PR team for this game sabotaged this game. the way Global was ran is a clear sign on how to not run a game. if there is a take away from this you don't continue to be antagonistic toward the player base. I legit stopped spending in 2020 because i got sick of their monetization of the game. it just felt set up to bleed as much revenue from the player with yielding as little as possible. We missed 8 months of story event units leading up to NV units, Gear, Lapis, Tickets, and STORIES. all missed because Global/gumi couldn't wait to get to the reset button with the cash cows of NV. anyone remember how long it took to get Expert missions? we got that about 6 months or 5 months before NV units were dropped i believe. but global is a different game we promise!!!! Global is a different game, Soon, and whatever else they came up with was so infuriating. I never once felt like Bungie with Destiny and Destiny 2 were bending me over and taking advantage of me with out my consent. same goes for World of Warcraft. I don't mind a good grind. but This game because exhaustive. I hated Cash of wills, btw they treated you like a cow and milked you for all your worth. this game was a giant shit show with Cow. I hated Cow so much it was the single worst concept that torpedoed global. I love the community but hate the game and Hiroki. I don't even KNOW Hiroki and i hate him.

I had to stop when neo vision + came around. It felt like the writing was on the wall and was not a fan of always being behind. The nv+ was only gonna make it worse for me

Squae Enix didn't get any good pilots or writers during these months? War of Visions should have been removed instead. I enjoyed this game allot because of the 2D and storyline. If this was better than Last Cloudia why shut it down? There will never be a better game on android than this.

They skipped content cause they were too busy releasing Global Original Units to get you to spend on. Then they started lessening stats on the units to prevent them from being too good. Remember Paladin Sylvie, Melissa, etc
